Simple Problems Disposal
Symptom | Disposal Methods |
---|---|
Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check if the power supply is securely connected to the display and the power socket. Ensure the display is turned on. |
Blurred images (too large or too small) | Navigate to "Image Settings" and select "Image Auto Adjust" for automatic monitor adjustment (VGA monitors only). |
Dark screen | Adjust the display's contrast and brightness via the "Brightness & Contrast" menu. |
Display overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display. |
Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal. Uneven light emission from the backlight tube may occur initially due to temperature differences. Normal light emission and elimination of spots should occur within 20 minutes of operation. |
Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check your computer's configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate. |
Noisy signal when powered off | This may be due to normal discharge of residual signals on the screen when the display is powered off. |
Important Safety Precautions
