Simple Problems Disposal

Symptom Disposal Methods
Blank screen / Power indicator does not work Check if the power supply is securely connected to the display and the power socket. Ensure the display is turned on.
Blurred images (too large or too small) Navigate to "Image Settings" and select "Image Auto Adjust" for automatic monitor adjustment (VGA monitors only).
Dark screen Adjust the display's contrast and brightness via the "Brightness & Contrast" menu.
Display overheating Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display.
Dark/light spots when powered on This is normal. Uneven light emission from the backlight tube may occur initially due to temperature differences. Normal light emission and elimination of spots should occur within 20 minutes of operation.
Image distortion, flashing, shaking Check your computer's configuration, select the correct resolution, and reset the refresh rate.
Noisy signal when powered off This may be due to normal discharge of residual signals on the screen when the display is powered off.

Important Safety Precautions

  1. Read all instructions carefully before use.
  2. Unplug the power cord before cleaning. Wipe the display with a soft, damp cloth. Use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains. Avoid liquid or spray cleaners.
  3. Do not use unapproved accessories, as they may cause danger.
  4. When unplugging the power cord or adapter, hold the plug, not the cord.
  5. Keep the display away from water sources (bathtubs, sinks, etc.) and wet ground. Do not place near swimming pools. Avoid pressing the LCD screen with fingers or hard objects.
  6. Ensure ventilation holes are not blocked. Do not place the display on soft surfaces like beds or carpets, or near radiators/heaters. Do not place in embedded devices without adequate ventilation.
  7. Use only the specified power supply type. Consult your dealer or local power administration if unsure.
  8. The three-prong plug must be used with a properly grounded socket for safety. Contact an electrician to replace incompatible sockets.
  9. Do not attempt to repair the display yourself. Contact qualified maintenance personnel.
  10. Unplug the power cord and contact qualified personnel if: the power cord/plug is damaged, the display is dropped or the shell is damaged, or any obvious abnormality requires repair.
  11. Place the display in a well-ventilated area, away from strong light, high temperatures, and humidity.
  12. Store the display within a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
