Step 1: Mount the Clamp or Grommet
A. Clamp Installation
Mount the clamp (A) to the rod (B) and install it to the desk.
B. Grommet Installation
Mount the grommet (E) to the rod (B) and install it through the desk.
Step 2: Attach the Crossbar
Attach the crossbar (D) to the rod (B).
Step 3: Attach Screens to VESA Plates
Attach the screens to the VESA plates (C) using the provided screws (H, I) and washers (J).
Step 4: Adjust Torque
Adjust the torque of the mount to ensure stability and proper movement.
Step 5: Adjust Position
Adjust the mount to the desired position for your screen.

- At least two people are recommended for installation or removal to prevent falling objects.
- Inspect the installation area: Avoid high temperatures, humidity, water contact, excessive dust, fumes, vibrations, or direct sunlight. Install only on vertical surfaces.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the display.
- Verify the strength of the wall, ceiling, or floor before installation. It must support at least four times the combined weight of the display and mount.
- Do not modify accessories or use broken parts. Contact your dealer for assistance.
- Tighten all screws securely, but do not overtighten to avoid damage.
- Holes and bolts may remain after removal. Stains may appear after prolonged use.
- The product warranty covers the mount itself and is valid for 5 years. The manufacturer does not control wall/ceiling/floor type or installation quality.
