Step 1: Attach the support to the base
Secure the main support pole (H) to the base assembly (I, J, T) using the provided screws (P, Q).

Step 2 A: Install on a wooden countertop
Attach the assembled support to a wooden countertop. This typically involves drilling pilot holes and securing the base with screws (K).

Step 2 B: Install on a concrete or solid brick countertop
For concrete or solid brick surfaces, drill larger pilot holes (Ø10mm, 60mm deep) and use appropriate anchors (L) along with screws (K) to secure the base.

Step 2 C: Install on the countertop

Step 3: Attach the tablet holder to the mount
Connect the tablet holder (A) to the main support arm using screws (M, N). Ensure all parts are aligned correctly.

Step 4: Place the tablet in the holder
Remove the protective cover from the holder. Place your tablet into the holder and secure it using screws (N). Adjust the holder's claws to ensure the tablet is held firmly and the screen is visible.
Note: Remove any foam parts from the holder before installation.

Step 5: Adjust the torque
Adjust the torque settings using the provided tool (S) to ensure the mount holds its position securely without being too stiff or too loose.

Step 6: Adjust the mount to the desired position
Position the tablet mount to your preferred angle and orientation for optimal viewing. The mount allows for tilt and swivel adjustments.

- At least two people are recommended for installation or removal to prevent falling objects.
- Inspect the installation area: Avoid high temperatures, humidity, water contact, excessive dust/fumes, slanted surfaces, shocks, or vibrations. Do not install in direct bright light.
- Ensure adequate ventilation around the display.
- Verify the strength and security of the mounting surface (wall, ceiling, floor). It must support at least four times the combined weight of the display and mount and withstand strong shocks.
- Do not modify accessories or use broken parts. Contact your dealer for assistance.
- Tighten all screws firmly but avoid excessive force to prevent damage.
- Holes and bolts may remain in the surface after removal. Stains may appear after prolonged use.
- The product warranty covers the mount body itself and is valid for 5 years. The manufacturer cannot control surface or installation quality.
