IKEA Retail Poland Return Policy

Effective Date: May 30, 2025

I. General Provisions

Goods purchased from IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o. ("IKEA") in the Republic of Poland can be returned within 365 days of the date of delivery or pickup, regardless of the purchase method (in-store, online, or by phone).

Customers can return goods at the Customer Service Department of an IKEA stationary shop in Poland or by using the "Return by courier" service via a GLS Point, as described in the IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o. Terms and Conditions of Providing Services. To process a return, customers must present the original receipt or VAT invoice (electronic or paper form) or the IKEA FAMILY card (if the purchase was registered with it).

These provisions do not preclude customer rights related to: (a) non-conformity of goods with the contract (Article 43a et seq. of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights), (b) guarantee for goods covered by a guarantee, or (c) statutory right to withdraw from a remotely concluded agreement, as detailed in the Rules of Providing Services Remotely available on IKEA.pl/regulaminy.

Refund Card Usage: Rules for using IKEA refund cards and e-refund cards are available in the Regulation IKEA refund card and digital refund card on www.ikea.pl/regulaminy.

IKEA reserves the right not to refund goods handled beyond the scope described in section II.1.b (e.g., goods with dirt, scratches, dents, or signs of washing). If IKEA decides to accept such goods, a reduction in the refund amount may be applied to reflect the diminished value of the goods, as determined by a Customer Service worker.

III. Final Provisions

The content of this Policy is available on IKEA.pl/regulaminy and at IKEA Customer Service departments.

Changes to the terms of this Policy will not affect the rights and obligations acquired by the customer before the changes take effect. Amended terms and conditions will be available on IKEA.pl/regulaminy and in IKEA stores.

IV. Policy Effective Date

This Policy comes into effect on May 30, 2025. Prior Returns Policies apply to goods purchased before May 30, 2025, and are available at IKEA Customer Service departments and on IKEA.pl/regulamin.
