IKEA provides the Service based on an order placed by the Client as specified in these Regulations. The final price for Services ordered by the Client is determined by the order. Service fees are collected in advance. Unless otherwise stated in other IKEA regulations, including those for promotions organized by IKEA, 'regular price' means the lowest price of a Product or Service that was valid in the 30 days before the discount was introduced.
The Client has the right to authorize a third party in writing to issue binding instructions to IKEA and to receive the service. Such a person provides IKEA with the authorization at the start of each stage of the Service.
