IKEA Family Members Offer – 15% extra Buy-back promotion

Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion: During the Promotional Period, IKEA Family Members will receive 15% extra value on an IKEA Refund card from using Buy-back services by:
   • Visiting the IKEA website and obtaining a Buy-back quote online during the Promotion Period.
   • Presenting that Buy-back quote generated above and the IKEA product(s) at the Returns & Exchanges desk in any Participating Store within the timeframe specified on the Buy-back quote.
   Entry into the Promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
2. The Promoter: IKEA Pty Limited (ABN 84 006 270 757) of 630 Princes Highway, Tempe NSW 2044.
3. IKEA Family Members only: This Promotion is only available to customers with IKEA Family membership who identify with their membership details online or on the official IKEA Australia App to obtain their quote.
4. Promotion Period: The Promotion commences at 9:00am (Sydney Time) on Thursday 26 June 2025 and ends at 9:00pm (Sydney Time) on Monday 21 July 2025.

6. Buy-back services: The Furniture Buy Back & Resell Service Terms & Conditions (available on the Promoter's website) apply. Additionally, no articles purchased from the IKEA ‘As Is' Department are eligible for Buy Back, during this promotion period.
7. IKEA Refund card: The IKEA Refund card Terms and Conditions under IKEA cards - Terms and Conditions (available on the Promoter's website) apply.
8. Returns: All return of product(s) are subject to IKEA standard returns and exchanges policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Right to withdraw: The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time during the Promotion Period.
10. Right to change: The Promoter reserves the right to change the terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the law or changes to our services. Customers shall review these terms on a regular basis. 11. Right to correct and adjust: While great care has been taken to ensure accuracy of the Promotion, our products and services including prices, charges and descriptions, the Promoter reserves the right to correct any errors and adjust prices and charges including GST, customs duty or other statutory charges.

13. Limitation of Liability: Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity or profit) whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
14. Governing Law: The conduct of the Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales. All parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
