Step 3: Test for Leaks
The body spray can now be tested to look for any leakage prior to installing the trim.

Troubleshooting Tips
- Gap between cover and escutcheon: If there is too much of a gap, the rough body is in the wrong position relative to the finished wall. Disassemble the body spray, remove the rough body, and increase the distance from the finished wall to the end of the pipe nipple (refer to illustration 2). Reinstall components.
- Cover rubs escutcheon: If the decorative cover rubs the escutcheon when rotating, the body is in the wrong position relative to the finished wall. Disassemble the body spray, remove the rough body, and decrease the distance from the finished wall to the end of the pipe nipple (refer to illustration 2). Reinstall components.
- Low flow: If flow is disrupted for a long time, there may be a blockage on the screen provided with the rough body. Disassemble the body spray, remove the rough body. Inside the female IPS portion of the body is a removable screen. Remove and clean the screen. Ensure the screen is reinstalled. Reinstall the body spray and test.
Cleaning and Care
Clean this product with care. Although its finish is extremely durable, it can be damaged by harsh abrasives or polish. To clean, simply wipe gently with a damp cloth and blot dry with a soft towel.
Flow Rate Note: This body spray is designed to flow less than a typical body spray, approximately 1.6 GPM. If the flow is significantly lower than 1.6 GPM, and cleaning the screen did not improve the flow, contact Delta Faucet for assistance.
