Installation Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Riser
Remove the plastic covers from the main riser platform. This step involves detaching any protective plastic caps or covers that may be present on the mounting points or legs of the riser.
Step 2: Adjust Height and Assemble
Determine the desired height for your monitor or laptop. Place the plastic height adjustment legs (Part B) and stability feet/connectors (Part C) into the corresponding slots on the main riser platform (Part A) to achieve the selected height. Ensure all parts are securely fitted.
Note: The diagrams show how to insert the legs (B) into the base of the platform (A) and connect them using the feet/connectors (C) to build up the desired height.
Safety Precautions

- Read the manual thoroughly before installation.
- The manufacturer is not liable for damage or injury due to incorrect installation or operation.
- Installation and removal should be performed by at least two people to prevent falling objects.
- Inspect the installation area: avoid high temperatures, humidity, water contact, excessive dust/fumes, slanted surfaces, shocks, or vibrations.
- Do not install near air conditioning vents.
- Ensure sufficient space around the display for ventilation.
- Verify the wall, ceiling, or floor structure is strong enough to support at least four times the combined weight of the display and mount.
- Do not modify accessories or use broken parts.
- Tighten all screws securely but avoid excessive force.
- Holes and bolts may remain after removal; stains may occur after prolonged use.
- The product warranty covers the mount itself for 5 years.
