Connecting Your FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable

Connecting Telephones by Cable

Connect telephones using a TAE or RJ11 cable.

Connecting DECT Cordless Telephones

You can register and configure up to 6 cordless (DECT) telephones.

Connecting Computers

Connect computers via Wi-Fi.

To connect to Wi-Fi:

  1. Click the wireless network icon in the taskbar. A list appears showing all wireless networks.
  2. Select the wireless network of your FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable.
  3. Enter the network key and click "Connect".

Connecting to the Cable Connection

Connect the FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable to your multimedia socket using a coaxial cable. Options A and C show how to connect to various multimedia sockets. Option B shows how to connect a multimedia socket adapter to a radio/TV socket. The coaxial cable and the adapter are not included in the FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable package.

Connecting to Electrical Power

Connect the FRITZ!Box 6660 Cable to electrical power. The "Power/Cable" LED starts to flash.
