Product Overview

The pedicure spa chair is equipped with a built-in massage device (foot bath form), making it ideally suited for pedicure procedures. When activated, it vibrates, creating bubbles. Additionally, the massage unit has an opening where various attachments can be inserted to enhance the procedure's effect. ⚠️ Important! This device should not be used by children or inexperienced persons. Children must be supervised and kept away from the chair.

Before using the cosmetic chair, read the user manual and follow the subsequent operations:

  1. Ensure all packaging materials have been removed.
  2. Ensure the chair is in working order.
  3. Place the chair in the location where it will be used.

Maximum chair load: 130 kg.

Device Functions

  1. Footrest Adjustment

    The chair is equipped with a footrest that can be easily adjusted using the button located underneath. To lower or raise the footrest, loosen the button and set the footrest to the desired height, then tighten the button. Furthermore, the footrest can be tilted to the right or left to ensure complete comfort during the procedure.

  2. Chair Height Adjustment

    The seat height can be adjusted using the actuator under the seat. Pull the actuator and lower or raise the seat to the desired position. The seat height is adjustable from 44-55 cm. Additionally, the chair seat rotates 360 degrees.

  3. Massage Unit Functions

    The device features a foot bath massage unit that can be easily removed and installed. The massage unit is adjustable with a control slider and has several modes. To select one, turn the slider to the corresponding mode. ⚠️ Important! Do not turn on the massage unit if it is empty of water.

    Massage modes:

    • Vibration
    • Bubbling with water heating
    • Vibrational bubbling with infrared rays and water heating

    A regulator set to 0 means the massager is switched off.

User Instructions

  1. Place the chair in the treatment area.
  2. Fill the basin with water, not exceeding the maximum fill level.
  3. Then, connect the device to the power supply.
  4. By turning the regulator, select the appropriate operating mode.
  5. When the treatment is complete, turn the slider back to the 0 position and disconnect the device from the power source.
  6. Then, drain the water from the basin. Do not leave water in the basin for extended periods to avoid damaging the device.

Device Cleaning and Disinfection

Cleaning Guidelines:

  • For cleaning, do not use agents containing paraffin, alcohol, ammonia, or other corrosive substances.
  • Disconnect the device from the mains before cleaning.
  • To maintain the chair's surface in good condition, clean it regularly. Remember to wipe and disinfect the chair after each use. We recommend performing thorough disinfection once a month.
  1. Metal and Plastic Surfaces

    To clean metal and plastic surfaces, wipe them with a damp cloth. A small brush is useful for hard-to-reach areas or corners. Do not use excessive liquid for cleaning the device. Then, disinfect the device with an appropriate solution.

  2. Basin Surfaces

    Cleaning works best with a mild washing-up liquid solution. Avoid chlorine-based solutions.

  3. Painted or Chrome-Plated Metal Surfaces

    Do not use water jets (showers, high-pressure water guns) for cleaning. Do not clean the device at high temperatures and high humidity, nor expose it to conditions that may cause liquid ingress. Do not use abrasives or acids for cleaning.

  4. Chair Surface

    Always wipe the seat surface with a special skin cleaning agent and then wipe it with a dry, soft cloth.

Maintenance

Before maintenance, disconnect the device from the mains.

  • Repair work should be carried out by experienced and manufacturer-authorized personnel.
  • Repairs carried out by unauthorized personnel may cause injury or device damage, for which the manufacturer is not responsible.
  • Use only manufacturer-approved original spare parts.
  • Do not use the cosmetic chair or accessories if they are not functioning correctly.
  • All maintenance and repair work must be documented.

Technical Maintenance Checks

  • Once a week, check control devices and their cables.
  • At least once every six months, check the condition and operation of the following components:
    • Power cord and its fastening
    • Motor cables
    • Control unit and its cables
    • Whether accessories are attached
    • Normal operation of the braking system

If you detect any defects, stop using the equipment and contact an authorized service center. Only experienced or authorized personnel may open or replace the drive/control unit. If any part of the equipment is damaged, disconnect the power cord and stop its use. Then, inform the service department.

Safety Precautions

  1. The device is professional equipment intended for use in beauty salons. Operation of the device only by qualified cosmetic personnel helps avoid undesirable consequences during the procedure.
  2. The device must not be disassembled or used for purposes other than those specified in this user manual. All maintenance and repair work may only be performed by an authorized service technician (ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o.).
  3. Do not install or use the device near water, in wet places, or with wet hands – to prevent liquids from falling onto the device.
  4. Immediately disconnect the device from the socket and contact the authorized service provided by ACTIVESHOP Sp. z o.o. in the following cases:
    1. Liquid has entered the device,
    2. The device emits an unusual smell, smoke, or makes unusual noises,
    3. The power cord is damaged,
    4. The device has been overturned or its casing is damaged.
  5. Do not place any objects on the cables. Do not install the device in a place where someone can step on the power cord.
  6. For safety reasons, remove the power cord from the socket every time you finish working with the device.
  7. Do not insert anything into the device openings. If a foreign object enters an opening, remove the cable from the socket and contact the distributor or manufacturer.
  8. Do not place the device on an unstable trolley, shelf, or transport vehicle. The device may be damaged if it falls.
  9. To guarantee the device's fixed service life, it is recommended to observe a one-minute interval between repeated switching on and off (between switching on and off and vice versa) before repeated switching on.
  10. The power source must comply with the specifications indicated on the nameplate. Otherwise, there is a risk that the device may not function correctly, be damaged, or even burn out.

ATTENTION:

  1. If the power cord is damaged or other operational malfunctions occur, contact the authorized service center – this will help avoid hazards.
  2. This device may be used by children aged 8 years and above, and persons with limited physical and mental capabilities, as well as with insufficient experience and knowledge about the device, if supervision or training on the use of the device is provided in a way that the associated risks are understood.
  3. The equipment is not intended for play by children. Do not allow children to play with the device.
  4. Do not leave the device unattended if children or persons without sufficient knowledge of the device's use are nearby.
  5. This electrical device is not a toy. Improper use of the electrical device or contact with it can pose a health hazard or cause death, therefore the device must be used and stored in places inaccessible to children.

Device Disposal

Dispose of used electrical equipment, accessories, and packaging at recycling centers in accordance with environmental protection principles. Electrical devices must not be disposed of in household waste containers. Follow the disposal regulations for such devices.

To protect the environment in accordance with Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment, used electrical equipment must be collected separately and handed over to designated collection points for the collection of waste electrical and electronic equipment. After the end of the service life of used electrical equipment, they contain fully recyclable components, so they must be handed over for recycling. Therefore, they must be handed over to the respective collection points, as well as SIA ACTIVESHOP.

Storage and Transport

The device must be transported at temperatures from (-) 20 °C to (+) 50 °C only in its original packaging. Store the device in a well-ventilated room where the relative humidity does not exceed 75%. Operating temperature from (+) 10 °C to (+) 40 °C. During storage and transport, the device must not be thrown or dropped, subjected to mechanical shocks, or atmospheric effects.
