Assembly Guide
Section 1: Cam Lock and QuickFit Mechanism
QuickFit Tightening: Tighten the QuickFit until its shoulder is flush with the panel. Do not overtighten or undertighten.
Cam Lock Installation: When fitting the cam lock, ensure the starting position is correct before inserting the connecting QuickFit. The QuickFit head should be in the center of the cam lock when the two panels are joined. The cam lock should be inserted before the QuickFit. Turn the cam lock clockwise to tighten.
Section 2: Drawer Slides Preparation
Preparation: Slides must be separated before assembly. After separation, set aside until needed.
Step 1: Extend Slide

Step-by-Step Assembly:
Step 1: Attach side panels (1, 2) and base shelf (3) to the back panel support (7) using 24 x Screw (A).
Step 2: Assemble the main cabinet structure. Attach horizontal supports (5, 6) and drawer support (4) to the side panels (1, 3) using Screws (A) and (B).
Step 3: Install mounting brackets (M) and legs (F) using hardware (G, H, I, J, K, L, P). Attach shelf support (8) using appropriate hardware.
Step 4: Attach doors (9, 10) to the cabinet using hinges (D) and screws (E). Detailed diagrams show how to adjust the doors using specific screws for vertical (up/down), horizontal (left/right), and depth (in/out) positioning.
Step 5: Install the sink/countertop unit (11). Secure it to the cabinet top using screws (K, Q). The unit dimensions are approximately 780mm in height and 507mm in width.
Step 6: Install the drain assembly (O) and faucet assembly (P) into the sink. Secure the sink unit to the cabinet using securing clips/washers (R). Tip: Consumers can also choose to use neutral glass glue to fix ceramic basins and bathroom cabinets.
