Drawer Runner Preparation

To install drawer runners: Press and hold the drawer runner lock, then slide the drawer runners apart.

Cam Bolt Installation

Cam Bolt: A cylindrical bolt.

Connecting Piece: A circular piece with a slot and a '+' shape.

Process:

• A1. Insert cam bolt into panel.
• A2. Insert connecting piece into corresponding hole, ensuring correct orientation to receive bolts.
• A3. Rotate connecting piece to lock the cam bolt.
• A4. Ensure correct orientation of connecting piece.

Door Hinge Adjustment

1. Panel Position Adjustment: Use the 'waist round hole' (marked with a triangle) to adjust the door panel position. Ensure consistent gaps between the door panel and upper/lower panels.

2. Front/Back Position Adjustment: Use the screw at the back end of the hinge to adjust the front and back position of the door panel. Ensure the front of the door panel is flush with the upper and lower panels.

3. Left/Right Position Adjustment: Use the screw at the front end of the hinge to adjust the left and right position of the door panel. Ensure the left and right sides of the door panel are flush with the upper and lower panels.

4. Securing: After completing adjustments, secure the other two screws on the hinge.

Assembly Steps

Step 1: Drawer Runner Separation

Separate the inner and outer parts of drawer runners H1 and H2 as shown. Ensure correct front/back orientation.

Step 2: Attach Runners to Panel

Attach drawer runners H1 to panel (6) using screws A (4 pcs), D (6 pcs), and runner H1 (3 pcs).

Step 3: Attach Runners to Panel

Attach drawer runners H1 to panel (7) using screws A (6 pcs), C (2 pcs), D (8 pcs), and runner H1 (4 pcs). Rotate panel (7) 180 degrees as indicated.

Step 4: Attach Runners to Panel

Attach drawer runners H1 to panel (9) using screws A (2 pcs), C (2 pcs), D (2 pcs), and runner H1 (1 pc).

Step 5: Assemble Drawer Sides

Attach drawer side panels to the drawer base (7) using screws B (8 pcs).

Step 6: Attach Drawer Slides to Cabinet

Slide drawer slides (30) into the cabinet structure.

Step 7: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides to panels (18) and (17) using screws E (2 pcs).

Step 8: Assemble Base Structure

Assemble panels (13) and (14) using screws A (4 pcs).

Step 9: Assemble Base Structure

Assemble panel (8) using screws A (8 pcs).

Step 10: Attach Base Support

Attach panel (13) to panel (14) and (18) using screws B (4 pcs).

Step 11: Attach Cabinet Side

Attach panel (8) to the cabinet structure using screws B (8 pcs).

Step 12: Attach Top Panel

Attach panel (12) to the cabinet structure using screws A (4 pcs).

Step 13: Attach Drawer Support

Attach panel (12) to panel (9) using screws B (2 pcs).

Assemble drawer box components using screws B (2 pcs).

Step 15: Assemble Drawer Box

Assemble drawer box components using screws B (4 pcs).

Attach drawer slides to panel (2) using screws A (3 pcs) and C (2 pcs).

Attach support pieces to panel (1) using screws B (5 pcs) and E (2 pcs).

Step 24: Insert Drawer Slides

Insert drawer slides into the cabinet structure (31).

Step 25: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides to the cabinet structure using screws B (6 pcs).

Step 26: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides to panel (25) using screws A (12 pcs).

Step 27: Assemble Drawer Box

Assemble drawer box components (26, 27, 28) using screws E (12 pcs).

Step 28: Insert Drawer

Insert drawer assembly (29) into the cabinet structure.

Step 29: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides to drawer assembly (25) using screws B (12 pcs).

Step 30: Assemble Drawer

Assemble drawer box using screws F (3 pcs) and G (6 pcs).

Step 31: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides H2 to the drawer assembly using screws D (12 pcs) and H2 (6 pcs).

Step 32: Attach Support

Attach support panel (19) using screws A (5 pcs).

Step 33: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides to panels (20), (21), and (22) using screws E (4 pcs).

Step 34: Attach Support

Attach support panel (23) to panel (24) using screw E (1 pc).

Step 35: Attach Drawer Assembly

Attach drawer assembly components (20, 21, 22, 24) to panel (19) using screws B (5 pcs).

Step 36: Assemble Drawer

Assemble drawer box using screws F (1 pc) and G (2 pcs).

Step 37: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides H2 to the drawer assembly using screws D (4 pcs) and H2 (2 pcs).

Step 38: Attach Drawer Runners to Panels

Attach inner and outer drawer runners to the cabinet panels. Ensure correct alignment and orientation (FRONT/BACK) as per the diagrams.

Step 39: Install Light Bulbs

Thread 11 light bulbs (L1) into the designated holes one by one.

Step 40: Wire Lights

Connect the wiring for the lights. Secure bulbs with nuts (L2).

Step 41: Connect Wiring and Attach

Connect wiring using components J, O, I, and N. Attach the light panel using screws D (14 pcs).

Step 42: Attach Supports

Attach support panels using screws E (4 pcs) to panels (16) and (15).

Step 43: Attach Drawer Slides

Attach drawer slides using screws K (8 pcs).

Step 44: Install Mirror Mounts

Install mirror mounting components (M) (2 pcs).

Step 45: Mirror Functionality

The vanity mirror features a smart LED light with adjustable color (Cold, Natural, Warm) and brightness. Short press to change color, long press to adjust brightness.
