Bluetooth Pairing
Remove the sticker from the earbuds. Place the earbuds back into the case and close the lid.

While charging, a red light illuminates on the earbuds. Remove the earbuds from the case.

When the earbuds are ready for pairing, one earbud will flash blue/white.

Connect to your device via Bluetooth settings and select 'JLab GO Air Sport'. Upon connection, you will hear two beeps followed by a white flashing light.

Adding a new/different Bluetooth device: Turn OFF Bluetooth on previously connected devices. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device you wish to connect. When you remove the earbuds from the case, they will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select 'JLab GO Air Sport' in your device settings to connect.
Button Operations
Left Earbud:
- Tap once to decrease volume.
- Double-tap for SIRI (iOS) or 'OK GOOGLE' (Android).
- Long press for 1 second for previous track.
Right Earbud:
- Tap once to increase volume.
- Double-tap to play/pause.
- Long press for 1 second for next track.
- Tap once to answer/end call.
- Double-tap to end call.
- Long press for 1 second to reject call.
- Triple-tap to change equalizer setting.

Sound Prompts
- Power On: Chime
- Bluetooth Connection: Two beeps
- Low Battery: "Low Battery" (below 20%)
- Power Off: Chime
Custom EQ3 Sound Modes
Tap either earbud three times to cycle through different equalizer settings (GO Air Sport cycles through 3 EQ settings).
- JLab SIGNATURE (1 beep): Emphasizes vocals and bass with JLab C3M Signature Sound.
- BALANCED (2 beeps): Provides balanced sound.
- BASS BOOST (3 beeps): Emphasizes bass and sub-bass.

Earbud Charging
Placing the earbuds in the case turns them off and begins charging.

Removing the earbuds automatically powers them on and connects them to your device.

Charging Indicators:
- Earbuds: Solid red light indicates charging.
- Charging Case (Battery Status):
- 100% - 25%: Solid red light.
- Below 25%: Flashes red 4 times.

Charging Case
Connect the GO Air Sport charging case to a computer or a USB 5V 1A (or lower) output device to charge.
Charging Case Indicators:
- Flashing blue light: Charging.
- Solid blue light: Fully charged.

Wearing Instructions
Ensure a proper fit by trying all included ear tip sizes. For optimal comfort and seal, experiment with different sizes.
Hook the earbud over your ear. Rotate to adjust for the best fit and secure placement.

Usage Tips
- You can use either the left or right earbud independently for music or calls. Simply choose one and remove it from the case to connect.
- You can only connect to one Bluetooth device at a time. Turn OFF Bluetooth on devices you do not wish to connect to, and turn ON Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to.
Warning: Ensure earbuds are completely dry before placing them in the charging case. The earbuds are designed to withstand some sweat and water, but the case is not.
Troubleshooting
If you experience connection issues or the earbuds disconnect from each other (manual reset):
- With the earbuds in the charging case, delete 'JLab GO Air Sport' from your Bluetooth device settings.
- Tap one earbud 7 times quickly while it is in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- Tap the other earbud 7 times quickly while it is in the charging case. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They are now ready to pair with your device. One earbud will light solid white, and the other will flash blue/white.

Important Notes
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup on the earbud tips can degrade sound quality. Carefully clean earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or discontinue use temporarily.
- If you experience regular discomfort during product use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds like sunglasses; store them in a safe place when not in use.
