Bluetooth Pairing
- Remove earbuds from case, tear off stickers. Place back in case, close case.
- Case LED indicates charging status. Remove earbuds from case.
- One earbud will flash blue/white, indicating it's ready to pair with your device.
- In your device's Bluetooth settings, select "JLab GO Air Sport" to connect. After two audible beeps, it will flash white, indicating it's connected.
Adding New/Other Bluetooth Devices:
Turn off Bluetooth on any previously connected device. Turn on Bluetooth on the new device. Remove earbuds from case; they will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab GO Air Sport" in device settings to connect.
Button Functions
Left Earbud
- Volume Down: Tap once.
- Siri (iOS) or "Ok Google" (Android): Tap twice.
- Rewind: Press and hold for 1 second or more.
Right Earbud
- Volume Up: Tap once.
- Play/Pause: Tap twice.
- Forward: Press and hold for 1 second or more.
Phone Calls
- Answer Call: Tap once.
- Hang Up: Tap twice.
- Reject Call: Press and hold for 1 second or more.
EQ Switching
- Tap three times.
Custom EQ3 Sound Modes
Tap the right or left earbud 3 times to cycle through different EQ modes (GO Air Sport will cycle through 3 EQ settings).
- JLab Classic Mode (one beep): JLab C3™ signature sound, amplifies vocals and bass.
- Balanced Mode (two beeps): Balanced sound, no additional enhanced bass.
- Bass Boost Mode (three beeps): Amplifies bass and sub-bass.
Earbud Charging
- Place earbuds in the case to automatically turn off and begin charging.
- Earbuds will automatically power on and connect to your device when removed from the case.
Charging Case Indicators:
- Solid Red: Case 100-25% charged.
- Flashing Red 4 times: Case less than 25% charged.
Charging the Case
Connect GO Air Sport to a computer or USB 5V 1A (or lower) power source.
- Charging: Flashing blue light. ⚡
- Fully Charged: Solid blue light. ✅
Adjusting Fit
Try all ear tips to find the best fit and seal.
Place the hook over your ear. Rotate to adjust for the best fit.
Quick Tips
- Left or right earbud can be used independently for music and phone calls. Just pick one to connect.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the desired device to connect.
Troubleshooting
Connection Failure or Earbuds Disconnected (Manual Reset)
- Place earbuds in the charging case. Forget "GO Air Sport" in your device's Bluetooth settings.
- On one earbud in the case, quickly tap 7 times. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- On the other earbud in the case, quickly tap 7 times. The earbud will flash blue 4 times.
- Remove both earbuds from the case. One earbud will be solid white, the other will flash blue/white, indicating it's ready to pair with your device.

Important Notes
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and moisture. ⚠️
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
- Earwax may accumulate in the earbud tips, reducing sound quality. Clean gently with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or taking a break.
- If you frequently experience discomfort while using this product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- Treat your earbuds like a nice pair of sunglasses and store them safely when not in use.
