Display User Guide
Important Safety Precautions
- Please read all the instructions carefully before using the product.
- When cleaning the display, please unplug the power cord. Wipe the display with a soft wet cloth instead of liquid or spray cleaner. Use LCD screen cleaner for stubborn stains.
- Do not use accessories not recommended by the manufacturer, as it may be dangerous.
- When unplugging the power cord or adapter, hold the plug, not the cord.
- Do not place the display near water (bathtub, sink, washing machine), on wet ground, or near a swimming pool. Do not press the screen with fingers or hard objects.
- The grooves and holes are for ventilation and heat dissipation. Do not block them by placing the display on beds, sofas, carpets, or near radiators/heaters. Avoid placing in enclosed spaces without adequate ventilation.
- Only use the power supply type shown on the nameplate. Consult your dealer if unsure.
- If the power cord has a three-prong plug, ensure it is used with a properly grounded socket. Contact an electrician if your socket is incompatible.
- Do not attempt to repair the display yourself. Contact qualified maintenance personnel.
- Unplug the power cord and contact qualified maintenance personnel if: the power cord/plug is damaged, the display is dropped, or any abnormality occurs.
- Place the display in a well-ventilated environment, away from strong light, high temperature, or humidity.
- Store the display between -20°C and 55°C to prevent permanent damage.
- The monitor screen is fragile; handle with care.
Mounting Location
Install on the base
Ensure adequate space around the display as shown in the figure. Do not cover ventilation holes or insert objects into the shell. Avoid placing in confined spaces like bookshelves or built-in closets without proper ventilation.
Installation Guide
- Install near an easily accessible AC power socket.
- Use a suitable base for safety.
- Place on a smooth horizontal plane to prevent injury.
- Avoid areas with mechanical vibration.
- Avoid areas where insects may enter.
- Do not place directly facing an air conditioner to prevent condensation and faults.
- Avoid areas with strong electromagnetic fields to prevent interference and damage.
Safety Protection
If the PC video signal exceeds the display's frequency range, the display will disable sync signals to protect itself. Adjust the PC's output frequency to an acceptable range for proper operation.

Product Introduction
This is a high-performance intelligent multiple frequency scanning display with an active matrix thin film transistor LED-backlit LCD, controlled by microcomputer MCU digital technology. It is compact and lightweight, suitable for narrow working spaces.

Signal Cable Connection
Connect the signal cable to the HDMI or DP output port on the PC, and then connect the other end to the corresponding signal input port on the LCD.
Headset Connection
Connecting a headset provides audio output and supports external speakers.
Upgrade through USB
The USB port is for updating display firmware from a USB mobile device only. Do not insert other devices. (USB2.0: 5V 0.5A)
Power Indicator
A constant indicator means normal operation. A flashing indicator means no signal. In power saving mode, the display will work normally if a signal is provided. The display remains powered in standby mode. Unplug the power cord when not in use for safety.

Simple Problems Disposal
Symptoms | Disposal Methods |
---|---|
1.Blank screen / Power indicator does not work | Check power supply connection and if the display is turned off. |
2.Blurred, too large or too small images | Go to "Image Settings" > "Image Auto Adjust" for automatic correction (VGA only). |
3.Dark screen | Adjust "Brightness & Contrast" in the menu. |
4.Display overheating | Ensure at least 10cm of ventilated space around the display. Do not place objects on the display. |
5.Dark/light spots when powered on | This is normal. Backlight unevenness at initial startup will normalize after 20 minutes. |
6.Image distortion, flashing, shaking | Check computer configuration, resolution, and refresh rate. |
7.Noisy signal when powered off | Noisy signals during power-off are due to normal discharge. |
