Important Warnings and Cautions
Warning/Caution:
- This light emits an extremely powerful beam equivalent to an automobile headlight, so it may cause a hazardous situation depending on the beam angle used.
- Be sure to direct the light beam downward so that approaching drivers are not dazzled.
- Do not use high mode on public roads.
- Before your trip, please make sure the light is firmly mounted to the bracket, it lights up, and the light is not blocked by baggage, etc.
- Do not stare at the light when it is illuminating. Otherwise, it may damage your eyesight.
- Do not place it within children's reach.
- In preparation for unexpected battery shutoff, it is recommended to carry a spare light.
- This product is water-resistant under normal daily use and can be used in the rain. However, do not intentionally submerge it in water.
- If the light unit or parts become dirty with mud, etc., clean with a soft cloth moistened with mild soap. Never apply paint thinner, benzine, or alcohol, as damage will result.
- This unit is shipped with a small charge to check the light. Be sure to charge it before use, according to the instructions "HOW TO CHARGE".

The RECON HL 350 features a powerful 350 Lumen output with side visibility and a mode memory function.

Operation:
- Turn On/Off: Press and hold the power button for 1 second.
Switching the Lighting Mode
When the light is turned on, it will illuminate in the last lighting mode used (Mode memory function).
Modes:
- LOW: 100 Lumens / 5:30 h:min
- MID: 200 Lumens / 3:00 h:min
- HIGH: 350 Lumens / 1:40 h:min
- FLASH 1: 100/50 Lumens / 12:30 h:min
- FLASH 2: 100/50 Lumens / 11:00 h:min
- DAY FLASH: 350 Lumens
Note: The diagram shows the sequence of clicks to change modes.
Battery Indicator
The battery indicator shows the remaining charge:
- Green: 100% ~ 70%
- Orange: 70% ~ 40%
- Red: 40% ~ 20%
- Red flash: 20% ~ 0%
How to Charge
Always charge the product before use.
Charging takes approximately 3.0 hours.
Charging Status:
- Charging: Green flashes
- Fully Charging: Green illuminates
Connection: Micro USB port.
How to Install
The RECON HL 350 can be mounted to handlebars with diameters ranging from 22.2mm to 35.0mm.

How to Mount to a Helmet/Computer Extension Mount
The mounting system utilizes a mounting buckle and/or thumb screw, depending on the mount used.
