4. Getting Started
Charging the Keyboard
The keyboard features a charging indicator: a breathing green light indicates charging, while a solid green light means it is fully charged. The keyboard can be used while charging.
Connecting the Keyboard
A. Via Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Mode (2.4 GHz)
- Plug the Razer HyperSpeed Wireless Receiver into a USB Type-A port on your computer.
- Switch the keyboard to wireless mode by pressing the Fn key + F2 key. The F2 key will flash white while connecting and remain solid white when connected.
B. Via Bluetooth Mode
- Switch to Bluetooth mode by pressing and holding the Fn key + 1, 2, or 3 keys for 5 seconds to select a Bluetooth profile. The selected profile key will briefly display the chosen Bluetooth profile. The keyboard can pair with up to 3 devices via Bluetooth profiles.
- Connect to your PC via Bluetooth.
C. Via Wired Mode
- Connect the USB Type-C cable to the keyboard.
- Connect the USB Type-A end of the cable to your computer.
5. Using the Keyboard
Low Battery Notification
A low battery warning is indicated by a red flashing light on the battery indicator. This notification repeats until the battery is depleted or the keyboard is recharged.
Switching Between Wireless Modes
Use Fn + F2 to switch to Razer HyperSpeed Wireless mode. Use Fn + 1, 2, or 3 to switch to Bluetooth mode and select a profile.
Multifunction Scroll Wheel
- Volume Up: Scroll up.
- Volume Down: Scroll down.
- Mute/Unmute: Press the scroll wheel.
Multifunction Media Keys
- Previous Track: Press twice.
- Play/Pause: Press once.
- Next Track: Press three times.
AI Prompt Master
Press the AI Prompt Master key (I) to activate. This feature requires Razer Synapse.
Profile Hotkeys
Use the following key combinations to switch between profiles:
- Fn + Home ( ): White - Last used Synapse profile.
- Fn + Pg Up ( ): Red - Profile 1.
- Fn + Del ( ): Green - Profile 2.
- Fn + End ( ): Blue - Profile 3.
- Fn + Pg Dn ( ): Cyan - Profile 4.
Profiles 1-4 can be remapped and customized in Razer Synapse. Pressing the Fn key will illuminate the corresponding profile key.
Battery Status/Time Key
Press and hold the Battery Status/Time key for 3 seconds to activate or deactivate power saving mode. In power saving mode, the keyboard conserves battery by reducing polling rate, turning off lighting effects, and pausing Synapse connection.
Keyboard Functions
- Fn + F10 ( ): Disables Windows Key, Copilot Key, Alt+Tab, and Alt+F4 functions. These can be customized via Razer Synapse.
- Fn + F11 / F12: Adjusts keyboard LED brightness.
- Fn + F8 ( ): Pauses all system activity to save power.
- Fn + Left Shift ( ): Enables Snap Tap, which prioritizes the most recent input between two simultaneously pressed keys. The selected key briefly illuminates when enabled. Snap Tap is disabled by default and can be customized in Razer Synapse.
Macro Recording
To record a macro:
- Press the hotkey combination to start recording.
- Type the keys you want to record.
