JABLOTRON JA-110B Acoustic Glass Break Detector for Buses
Product Overview, Installation, and Technical Specifications
Introduction
The JA-110B is a component of the JABLOTRON system, designed to detect the breakage of glass in windows and glass surfaces within buildings. It operates by reacting to changes in air pressure that are accompanied by the characteristic sound of breaking glass. The detector provides a pulse reaction, meaning it only signals an activation event.
Installation of the detector must be performed by a trained technician holding a valid certificate issued by an authorized dealer.
Installation
Warning: When connecting the module to the system bus, always disconnect the power supply. ?
- Open the detector cover by pushing the latch (1) with a screwdriver.
- Remove the printed circuit board; it is secured by a latch (5).
- Insert the bus cable and screw the rear of the cover to the wall.
- Reinsert the PCB and connect the bus cables to the bus terminals (6).
- Adjust the acoustic sensor sensitivity using the trimmer (10).
- Close the detector cover.
