Cautions
- Avoid any moisture or liquid inside the ear tips or charging port.
- Avoid exposing the product to extreme heat, cold, or humidity.
- Do not drop the earbuds or step on them. Avoid damaging the cable by pulling it quickly, exerting excessive force, or bending it at a sharp angle.
- Earwax may accumulate in the ear tips, which can degrade audio quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other small object to improve audio quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or stop using the device temporarily.
- If you experience recurring discomfort while using this product, stop using it and consult a doctor.
- We recommend caring for your earbuds as you would a pair of sunglasses, and storing them in a secure place when not in use.
