FIRST-TIME SETUP

AUTOMATIC EARBUD CONNECTION

A. Take out the earbuds from the charging case and remove all stickers.

B. Press and hold both touch sensors for at least 3 seconds to turn on power. The left earbud will turn white and the right will flash blue and white to indicate they are ready to pair with your device.

CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH

Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device's settings. Two beeps followed by white light indicate you are connected.

ADD NEW / ADDITIONAL BLUETOOTH DEVICES:

Turn OFF Bluetooth on any connected devices previously paired with the earbuds. Turn ON Bluetooth on the new device. Remove the earbuds from the case. The earbuds will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device's settings to connect.

BUTTON FUNCTIONS

LEFT EARBUD

• LOWER VOLUME: [tap once]
• SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): [tap twice]
• PREVIOUS TRACK: [press and hold for at least 1 sec]
• CHANGE EQ: [tap three times]
• POWER ON: [press and hold for at least 3 sec]

RIGHT EARBUD

• RAISE VOLUME: [tap once]
• PLAY/PAUSE: [tap twice]
• NEXT TRACK: [press and hold for at least 1 sec]
• ANSWER CALL: [tap once]
• END CALL: [tap twice]
• REJECT INCOMING CALL: [press and hold for at least 1 sec]
• BE AWARE ON/OFF: [tap three times]
• POWER ON: [press and hold for at least 3 sec]

AUDIO NOTIFICATIONS

• POWER ON = [chime]
• BLUETOOTH CONNECTED = [2 beeps]
• LOW BATTERY = "Low Battery" (less than 20%)
• POWER OFF = [chime]

TURN OFF EARBUDS WITHOUT CHARGING CASE: Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and disconnect JBuds Air Executive. The earbuds will turn OFF after 3 minutes.

EQUALIZER MODES

Tap three times on the left earbud to cycle through EQ settings. Audio prompts will indicate the different EQ settings (JBuds Air Exec will cycle through 3 different EQ settings).

CHARGE THE EARBUDS

The earbuds will turn off and begin charging when placed in the charging case. Blue light indicates the earbuds are charging and will then turn off when charging is complete.

CHARGING CASE

Connect your JBuds Air Executive to a computer or any other USB charger with 5V 1A (or less).

When removed from the case, the earbuds will automatically turn ON and reconnect to your device.

Indicator lights flash white while charging and turn solid white when charging is complete.

FITTING

Try the different Cush Fin and ear tip options for the best possible fit and seal.

Place the earbud in the ear canal and twist slightly to adjust for the best fit.

TROUBLESHOOTING

NO SOUND IN LEFT EARBUD OR EARBUDS DISCONNECTING (MANUAL RESET)

1. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and forget JBuds Air Executive. [Fig A]
2. Open the charging case and leave both earbuds in the case. Start with ONE earbud and quickly tap the touch sensor 4 times. The indicator light will flash blue 4 times, then turn solid blue. Leave the earbuds in the case. [Fig C1]
3. Repeat with the other earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor 4 times. The indicator light will flash blue 4 times, then turn solid blue. [Fig C2]
4. Remove both earbuds from the charging case and hold them within 5 cm of each other. Wait until the left earbud's indicator is solid white and the right flashes blue and white. You are now ready to pair the earbuds to your Bluetooth device.

BLUETOOTH DEVICE NOT CONNECTING/RECONNECTING

1. Go to your device's Bluetooth settings and forget JBuds Air Executive. [Fig A]
2. Turn Bluetooth OFF and ON. [Fig B]
3. Remove the earbuds from the case. Wait until the left earbud's indicator is solid white and the right flashes blue and white.
4. Select "JLab JBuds Air Executive" in your device's settings to reconnect.

QUICK TIPS

• Wipe the earbuds thoroughly before placing them in the charging case to avoid any damage to the case. The earbuds are sweat/water resistant, but the case is not.
• Bluetooth pairing originates from the right earbud. For the most stable connection, keep your device near your right side or in your right pocket.
• If you prefer to use only one earbud, you must use the right one.
• Only ONE Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Turn off Bluetooth on unwanted devices and turn on Bluetooth on the device you wish to connect to.

WARNING

Wipe the earbuds thoroughly before placing them in the charging case. If the earbuds are damp or wet, it will damage the charging case. Warranty is void if the charging case is damaged by water/sweat.

GENERAL WARNINGS

• Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
• Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds.
• Earwax can build up on the earbud tips and degrade sound quality. Gently remove earwax with a cotton swab or other small tool to improve sound quality.
• If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or refraining from using the earbuds for a while.
• If you frequently experience discomfort while using the product, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
• We recommend treating your earbuds like a pair of fine sunglasses and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
