ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION

SAFETY WARNINGS ⚠️

This bed is designed for use only mattress(es) meeting the following specifications on the upper bunk and lower bunk:

Upper bed Mattress Specifications:

  1. This bed is designed for use only mattress(es) meeting the specified dimensions.
  2. Replacement parts, including additional guardrails, may be obtained from authorized dealers. Contact GIGACLOUD TECHNOLOGY (USA) INC. 18961 ARENTH AVENUE CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA, 91748.
  3. Follow the information on the warnings appearing on the upper bunk bed end structure and on the carton. Do not remove warning labels from the bed.
  4. Always use the recommended size mattresses or mattress supports, or both, to help prevent the likelihood of entrapment or falls.
  5. Surface of mattress must be at least 5" (127mm) below the upper edge of guardrails.
  6. Do not allow children under 6 years of age to use the upper bunk.
  7. Periodically check and ensure that the guardrail, ladder, and other components are in their proper position, free from damage, and that all connectors are tight.
  8. Do not allow horseplay on or under the bed and prohibit jumping on the bed.
  9. Always use the ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
  10. Do not use substitute parts. Contact the manufacturer or dealer for replacement parts.
  11. Use of a night light may provide added safety precaution for a child using the upper bunk.
  12. Always use guardrails on both long sides of the upper bunk. If the bunk bed will be placed next to the wall, the guardrail that runs the full length of the bed should be placed against the wall to prevent entrapment between the bed and wall.
  13. The use of water or sleep flotation mattresses is prohibited.
  14. STRANGULATION HAZARD - Never attach or hang items to any part of the bunk bed that are not designed for use with the bed; for example, but not limited to, hooks, belts, and jump ropes.
  15. Keep these instructions for future reference.
  16. Prohibit more than one person on the upper bunk.
  17. We recommend assembling your bunk bed on the shipping carton to protect your floor or carpet.
  18. Be certain all staples are out of the box before beginning assembly on the shipping carton.

Assembly Steps

STEP 1

Attach the footings [A7] to the bottom of each leg component [A1], [A2], [A3], [A4], [A5], and [A6]. Ensure the footing is screwed in securely.

STEP 2x2

Take one of the main frame rails [B4]. Align it with the pre-drilled holes on the leg assembly. Secure it using 8 pieces of hardware [1] (wood screws) and 2 pieces of hardware [4] (steel brackets). The diagram shows the rail oriented horizontally, connecting to the vertical leg.

STEP 3

Assemble the headboard/footboard panels. Connect two panel pieces [B3] to two wood bars [B2] and two wood bars [B5]. This forms the structure for the headboard or footboard.

STEP 4

Connect the assembled headboard/footboard structure from Step 3 to the leg assemblies [A1] and [A2]. Use hardware [8] (48pcs) and [13] (46pcs) for this connection. The diagram shows two legs [A1], [A2] being attached to the side rails [B2], [B4] and crossbars [B8], [B10], [B11]. Hardware [3] (wood dowels) are also indicated.

STEP 5

Attach two wood bars [B1] to the top of the leg assembly [A4]. Use hardware [5] (5pcs) to secure them. This forms part of the upper bed frame.

STEP 6

Connect leg assembly [A4] to leg assembly [A2]. Attach wood bars [B9], [B11], [B14] between them. Use hardware [3] (wood dowels) and hardware [8] (wood screws) for this connection. Hardware [13] (bolts) are also used.

STEP 7

Attach drawer slide components [F1], [F2], [F3], [F4] and support slats [B12] to the main frame. Use hardware [8] (4pcs), [2] (4pcs), [12] (12pcs), and [13] (4pcs). Part [T4] is also shown being attached.

STEP 8

Continue assembling the main frame structure, incorporating more drawer slide components [F1], [F2], [F3] and support elements. Use hardware [8] (4pcs), [2] (4pcs), [12] (12pcs), and [13] (4pcs).

STEP 9

Attach drawer slides to the drawer components. Use hardware [20] (3pcs) to secure the slides to the drawer sides.

STEP 10

Continue attaching drawer slides to the drawer components using hardware [20] (3pcs).

STEP 11

Assemble side frame components. Connect wood bars [B5], [B2], [B3], [B4] to leg assemblies [A6], [A5]. Use hardware [13] (bolts) and hardware [8] (wood screws). Also attach wood bars [B6], [B7] using hardware [8]. Part [B1] is attached to the top using hardware [5] and [8].

STEP 12

Attach side rails [C2], [C3] and guardrails [C4] to the main frame. Use hardware [6] (3pcs), [7] (2pcs), [3] (2pcs), [8] (2pcs), [9] (2pcs), and [10] (2pcs). This step shows options for stair placement (OPTION 1,4).

STEP 13

Attach side rails [C1], [C7] and guardrails [C4] to the main frame. Use hardware [8] (2pcs), [9] (2pcs), [10] (2pcs). This step shows options for stair placement (OPTION 2,3).

STEP 14

Attach a crossbar [C5] to the frame using hardware [5] (4pcs) and hardware [9] (2pcs).

STEP 15

Attach crossbars [C5] and [C10] to the frame. Use hardware [11] (4pcs) and [12] (4pcs) to secure them. Part [D4] is also attached.

STEP 16

Attach a support panel [F6] to a support bar [F10] using hardware [19] (4pcs).

STEP 17

Connect guardrail [C6] and other structural components to the main frame. Use hardware [11] (1pc), [13] (10pcs), [3] (9pcs), [6] (4pcs), [8] (10pcs). This step shows a detail of attaching a bracket [16] with hardware [6] and [11] to the frame.

STEP 18

Continue attaching guardrails and structural elements. Use hardware [11] (1pc), [13] (8pcs), [3] (7pcs), [8] (8pcs). This step shows the assembly for OPTION 3,4.

STEP 19

Attach drawer front panels [F5] and support panels [F6] to the drawer structure. Use hardware [14] (4pcs) and [20] (4pcs). Also attach drawer bottom panels [D3] using hardware [5] (4pcs). Part [B8], [B9] are also shown with hardware [19] (8pcs).

STEP 20

Attach drawer bottom panels [F7], [F8], [F9] to the drawer assembly. Use hardware [15] (24pcs) to secure them.

STEP 21

Assemble the ladder. Connect the side stairs [E1], [E2] with the step stairs [E3]. Use hardware [11] (8pcs) and [3] (16pcs).

STEP 22

Attach the ladder support brackets [16] to the ladder. Use hardware [1] (4pcs) and hardware [16] (2pcs).

STEP 23

Attach desk components. Secure panels [D5] to the desk panel [D6] using hardware [9] (2pcs) and hardware [1] (4pcs). Part [D5] is shown being attached twice (X2).

STEP 24

Attach the inside side rail [D2] to the main bed frame. Use hardware [1] (2pcs) to secure it.

STEP 25

Attach the bed slats [D1] to the main bed frame. Use hardware [5] (14pcs) to secure them.

STEP 26

Attach the bed slats [D1] to the main bed frame. Use hardware [5] (14pcs) to secure them. This step appears to be a repeat or continuation of Step 25.

STEP 27x2

Assemble two drawers. Attach drawer sides [K4], [K5] to drawer front [L1] and drawer back [L2] (implied). Use hardware [5] (8pcs), [17] (2pcs), and [18] (2pcs).

STEP 28x2

Assemble two drawers. Attach drawer sides [K6] to drawer front [K2] (implied) and drawer back [L3] (implied). Use hardware [5] (10pcs).

STEP 29x4

Assemble four drawers. Attach drawer sides [L4], [L5] to drawer front [L6] and drawer back [K2] (implied). Use hardware [5] (16pcs), [17] (4pcs), and [18] (4pcs).

STEP 30x4

Assemble four drawers. Attach drawer sides [K6] to drawer front [L2] (implied) and drawer back [L3] (implied). Use hardware [5] (20pcs).

Finish

The final assembly shows the completed loft bed with desk, drawers, and shelves, and the ladder attached. The diagram indicates the placement of drawers [L1] and [L6] with arrows suggesting insertion.
