R. STAHL 8530/1-MCB-STA102-C25-500-3 Circuit Breaker
Article No.: 267212
Product Overview
The R. STAHL 8530 series circuit breakers offer excellent current limitation in case of short circuits and high breaking capacities of 10, 15, or 25 kA. This results in reduced stress on electrical lines and high selectivity with respect to upstream fuses. The modules are designed with a modular structure, available in 1 to 4 pole versions, and for nominal currents from 0.5–63 A. The maximum mounting width is 4.5 division units.
Key features include:
- Switch disconnector according to EN 60947-2
- Energy limitation class 3
- Simple replacement or expansion of installations thanks to the modular design of the protection switch.
- Easy mounting by clipping onto a DIN mounting rail in Ex e enclosures.
- Thermally and magnetically tripped with fixed settings.
- Ergonomic operating lever ensures safe connection and disconnection.
- Protection against reconnection during maintenance using padlocks (accessories).

Technical Diagrams
Characteristic Curve: The document includes a tripping characteristic curve showing the relationship between multiples of the rated current (I/In) and time in seconds/minutes for different tripping characteristics (e.g., C). This curve illustrates the time delay before the circuit breaker trips under various overload conditions.
Dimensional Drawings: Detailed drawings show the physical dimensions of the circuit breaker, including width, height, depth, and mounting dimensions, with measurements provided in both millimeters and inches. These diagrams are crucial for installation planning and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
