Product Description
R. STAHL's 8530 series circuit breakers offer excellent current limitation in case of short circuits and high breaking capacities of 10, 15, or 25 kA. This results in reduced load on electrical lines and high selectivity with respect to upstream fuses. The modules feature a modular design and are available in 1 to 4-pole versions for nominal currents from 0.5–63 A. The maximum mounting capacity is 4.5 division units.

Technical Diagrams
Tripping Characteristic Curve
A graph shows the tripping characteristic for a 'C' type circuit breaker. The x-axis represents multiples of the rated current (I/In), ranging from 0.1 to 30. The y-axis represents time in seconds and minutes. The curve illustrates the time it takes for the breaker to trip at different current multiples. For example, at 1.5 times the rated current, it trips in approximately 10 seconds. At 5 times the rated current, it trips in about 1 second. At 10 times the rated current, it trips in approximately 0.1 seconds.
Measurement Diagram
