Frequency Response Graph

(Diagram description: A line graph showing sound pressure level (dB SPL) on the Y-axis from 50 to 120 dB, and frequency (Hz) on the X-axis from 20Hz to 20KHz. The graph shows a relatively flat response across the audible spectrum, peaking slightly around 5kHz and then gently declining towards 20kHz, generally staying between 90dB and 100dB.)

Correct Operation

To avoid hearing loss, please set the volume of your playback device to the minimum before connecting the headphone. After wearing the headphone, gradually increase the volume to a comfortable level. Noise levels above 85 dB can lead to hearing loss. Be mindful of your listening habits: higher volume means shorter safe listening time, while a more moderate volume allows for longer listening periods. Prolonged exposure to high volumes can cause permanent hearing damage.

Noise Level Comparison and Hearing Impact

Sound Source Noise Level (dB) Consequence on Hearing
Whisper 30dB Very quiet
Quiet office 50-60dB Comfortable hearing level is below 60dB
Vacuum cleaner/hair drier 70dB Slightly intrusive, may interfere with phone calls
Food processor 85-90dB 85dB is the level where hearing damage may begin (after 8 hours of continuous exposure)
Garbage cleaning machine or cement mixer 100dB Recommended exposure time for 90-100dB sounds without protection is less than 15 minutes.
Electric saw/electric drill 110dB Risk of hearing damage with exposure over 100dB for more than 1 minute.
Rock & roll concert (it depends) 110-140dB Painful hearing threshold is around 120dB.

The average person can safely listen to music at 70% volume for 4.6 hours daily. Understanding listening volume and duration is crucial for protecting your hearing. Use your equipment at safe volume levels to enjoy outstanding sound performance.
