2. APP Download and Connection
1. Please scan the QR code below to download the APP.
[QR Code]
We recommend using a browser for scanning and downloading. WeChat scanning is currently not supported. Please grant the software the necessary permissions during the BT connection download and installation process.
The QR code can also be found on the watch. It can be downloaded from the watch's QR code. The APP name is "Da Fit".
Notes on App Usage
- For Apple phone users: If the phone is in standby or hibernation state for a long time (e.g., 2 hours or more), and has not been used, and is in a black screen state, Da Fit will be cleaned up by the iOS system, causing the APP application and watch to disconnect. Functions on the APP will not be available. Please re-open the watch, and it will be automatically reconnected.
- For Android phone users: After installing the APP software on the Android phone, you need to enable the background application launch permission in your phone's settings. Each smartphone has differences. Take Huawei phone as an example. The steps are as follows: Settings -> Application -> Application Launch Management -> Da Fit. Find the APP application, change automatic management to manual management, and open all permissions (allow self-start, allow association start, allow background activities). This is for the APP application to maintain the Bluetooth connection with the watch while the phone is in standby (the phone has a black screen), and it will not be cleaned up by the Android system. It will not use network traffic in the background, nor will it affect the phone's power consumption.
To connect the watch with the APP for the first time, you need to turn on GPS localization in your smartwatch.
2. Connections for APP and Watch
- Open the app and set your personal information, such as "Height", "Weight", "Birth Year", etc.
- For Android mobile phones: After setting up the Android phone information, go to the homepage, tap "Add Device" ([Figure 2]) to access the "Add Device" page, then tap to select the desired model icon.
- After a successful connection between the application and the watch, it will automatically return to the homepage. Tap the device icon to switch to the device page to check the connection status. After a successful connection, the device model, image, power status, address, and other information will be displayed.

4. Precautions
- 4.1 Only one connected application can be installed on the mobile phone to ensure that the connection is normal before synchronizing data. If there are multiple connected APP applications, they may affect the connection between the watch and the mobile phone. Note: Some Android phones will warn that you cannot install them. Go to the phone's "Settings" and enable "Unknown sources".
- 4.2 When the mobile phone requests permission for an application, click the "Allow" button to avoid opening the APP application's application permission, which may result in not receiving notifications, scanning QR codes, remote cameras, and other functions. This permission is for normal application use and does not affect the phone's power or other information on the phone. It is limited to the Bluetooth connection between the APP and the watch.
- 4.3 Some Android smartphones may accidentally close the mobile application during application cleanup. Please keep the mobile application running in the background. Android phone settings for running in the background: Open phone settings -> Application Management -> Da Fit -> Permission Management -> Background Management -> Select "Run in background". (The setting method may vary depending on different versions and types of mobile phones).
- 4.4 For heart rate measurement, if the watch is too tight or too loose on the wrist, the test may be inaccurate. Being too tight affects blood circulation, while being too loose affects heart rate monitoring.
- 4.5 Please avoid collision with hard objects to prevent the glass from breaking.
- 4.6 Please charge with a 5V, 1A power supply. This product does not support fast charging. Do not charge with water (sweat) to avoid short circuits and damage to the product.
- 4.7 This product is an electronic monitoring product, not for medical purposes; it provides daily reference data.
