Assembly Instructions
Step 1
Attach two pieces of component 1 (Base Shelf) to component 2 (Side Panel) using four screws (A) per side. Ensure the pre-drilled holes align.
Step 2
Attach the other component 2 (Side Panel) to the base assembly from Step 1. Use four dowels (B) on each side to connect component 1 to component 2. Ensure the panels are flush.
Step 3
Insert four screws (A) through the pre-drilled holes on the outer side of component 2 (Side Panel) into the corresponding holes on component 3b (Shelf). This attaches the first main shelf.
Step 4
Attach another component 3b (Shelf) to the side panels (2) using four dowels (B) on each side. The dowels should fit snugly into the holes on both the shelf and the side panels.
Step 5
Attach component 3a (Shelf) to the side panels (2) using six screws (A). Insert screws through the outer side of component 2 into the shelf.
Step 6
Attach four decorative side pieces (4) to four shelves (5). Each connection uses one screw (A) and one dowel (B) per mounting point. This step is repeated four times.
Step 7
Connect two decorative side pieces (6) to the base shelf (1) and one shelf (5) using two screws (C) each. The curved edge of component 6 should face outwards.
Step 8
Connect the remaining four decorative side pieces (6) to the structure. Use dowels (B) to attach them to the shelves (5) and the base (1). This step is repeated six times for all decorative pieces.
Step 9
Insert eight screws (D) into the designated holes on the two shelves labeled 7a and 8a.
Step 10
Attach shelves 7a and 7b to the main structure. Use screws (A) and component E (likely a cam lock or similar fastener) to secure them to the side panels and other components.
Step 11
Attach shelves 8b and 8a to the main structure. Use screws (A) and component E to secure them to the side panels and other components.
Step 12
Attach two decorative side pieces (6) to the assembled shelves (7a, 5, 4) and base (1). Secure these using dowels (B) and screws (C).
Step 13
Attach the remaining two decorative side pieces (6) to the shelves (7a, 5, 4) using screws (C). Ensure they are properly aligned.
Step 14
Secure the structure by attaching decorative side pieces (4) using dowels (B). This step is repeated eight times, likely reinforcing the main uprights.
Step 15
Attach the side panels (6) to the shelves (5, 4) and base (1) using dowels (B) and screws (C). This step involves multiple connections for stability.
Step 16
Insert sixteen screws (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the two large panels labeled 9 and 10.
Step 17
Slide the back panels (9 and 10) into the grooves or designated slots on the assembled bookcase structure. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.
Step 18
Insert ten screws (A) into the pre-drilled holes on the top shelf component 11.
Step 19
Place the top shelf (11) onto the assembled structure. Secure it using two screws (C) through the top into the side panels.
Step 20
Secure the entire bookcase assembly by inserting twenty-four dowels (B) into various connection points throughout the unit. This step reinforces the overall structure.
Step 21
Finally, secure the front edge of the bookcase, likely the bottom decorative piece, using twelve pins/nails (F). These are hammered gently into place.
