Wampat Assembly Instructions

Step 1

Insert cam bolts (E, G) into panels (3, 4). Insert wooden dowels (B, C) into panels (3, 4, 5, 7). Use glue (A) to secure dowels. Wipe away excess glue immediately. In subsequent steps, apply glue to dowel ends before joining parts.

Parts Used: E (x2), G (x4), B (x10), C (x6), A (x1)

Note: A Phillips head screwdriver is required for assembly (not included).

Step 2

Screw cam bolts (E, G) into panels (1, 2).

Parts Used: E (x8), G (x3)

Step 3

Insert and secure cam locks (F) to panels (5) to lock it. Insert and secure cam locks (D) to panels (7) to lock it. This is a 2-person task.

Parts Used: D (x1), F (x2)

Step 4

Insert and secure cam locks (F) to panels (5) to lock it. Insert and secure cam locks (D) to panels (7) to lock it. This is a 2-person task.

Parts Used: D (x1), F (x2)

Step 5

Attach part (U) to panels (5) with bolts (O) correctly.

Parts Used: U (x1), O (x4)

Step 6

Attach panels (2) to wooden legs (8) using screws (M) to secure them. Stick stickers (T) on screws (M).

Parts Used: M (x4), T (x4), Q (x4)

Step 7

Insert and secure cam locks (F) to panels (5) to lock it. Insert and secure cam locks (D) to panels (3, 4) to lock it. This is a 2-person task.

Parts Used: D (x4), F (x3)

Step 8

Carefully slide panels (6) into place along the back of the assembly. Attach panels (6) to panels (5) with screws (N) correctly.

Step 9

Insert and secure cam locks (D) to panels (3, 4) to lock it.

Step 10

Secure parts (R) to panels (1, 3, 4) using screws (S).

Parts Used: R (x7), S (x7)

Step 11

Screw cam bolts (G) into panels (9, 10). Insert dowels (C) into panels (22, 23, 24).

Parts Used: G (x4), C (x4)

Step 12

Attach panels (22, 23) to panel (10) with screws (L). Insert and secure cam locks (F) to panels (24) to lock it.

Parts Used: L (x4), F (x1)

Step 13

Carefully slide panel (21) into place along the bottom of the assembly. Attach panel (21) to panels (24) with screws (K) correctly.

Parts Used: K (x2)

Step 14

Attach Handle (H) to panel (9) with bolts (I). Attach panel (9) to panels (22, 23, 24). Insert and secure cam locks (F) to panels (22, 23, 24) to lock it.

Parts Used: H (x2), I (x2), F (x3)

Step 15

Screw cam bolts (G) into panels (15). Insert dowels (C) into panels (16, 18, 19).

Parts Used: G (x16), C (x16)

Step 16

Attach panels (18, 19) to panel (16) with screws (L).

Parts Used: L (x8)

Step 17

Carefully slide panel (17) into place along the bottom of the assembly. Insert and secure cam locks (F) to panels (20) to lock it.

Parts Used: F (x4)

Step 18

Attach Handle (H) to panel (15) with bolts (J). Attach panel (15) to panels (18, 19, 20). Insert and secure cam locks (F) to panels (18, 19, 20) to lock it.

Parts Used: H (x4), J (x4), F (x12)

Step 19

Insert drawers (panels 9, 15, 15) into the assembled frame. The diagram shows the drawer slides engaging correctly.

Step 20: Wall Anchoring (Important Safety Step)

WARNING: Serious or fatal injuries can occur from furniture tipping over. To prevent the furniture from tipping over, we recommend that it is permanently fixed to the wall. Wall anchor and hardware are included with this product. Please make sure hardware is suitable for your walls before installing, as different wall materials may require different types of anchors.

The diagram illustrates the use of the tipping restraint hardware kit (Y). Connect the furniture to the wall using the provided components (a, b, c, d, e) as shown. Ensure secure attachment to a wall stud or appropriate wall anchor.
