Easy to Install - CAM Fastening System Explanation

This illustration shows how the CAM fastening system works.

1. Step 1: Ensure no over-tightening.
2. Step 2: Insert cam locks (B) into panel (1) and insert parts (D) into panel (1). Secure cam locks (B) to lock parts (D).
3. Step 3: Insert dowels (C) into panel (1).
4. Step 4: Attach panels (2) to panel (1). Insert and secure cam locks (C) to panels (2) to lock them with panel (1).

Installation Instructions

1a. Wood Stud Wall Mounting (Fits 406mm/16", 610mm/24" studs)

1. Step 1: Use a stud finder to locate and mark the exact position of mounting holes on the wall, ensuring they align with the center of the studs.
2. Step 2: Drill pilot holes using a 4mm (5/32") wood drill bit.
3. Step 3: Attach panels (G x 2) to the wall using screws (L) and secure them with the screw driver.
4. Step 4: Hang the cabinet onto the screws (G) carefully.

WARNING: Make sure mounting screws are anchored into the center of the studs. Installers must provide appropriate hardware for different mounting situations and verify that the supporting surface can safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.

1b. Solid Brick and Concrete Mounting

1. Step 1: Mark the exact location of mounting holes on the wall.
2. Step 2: Drill pilot holes using an 11mm (7/16") wood drill bit.
3. Step 3: Secure wall anchors (H x 2) into the drilled holes with a hammer.
4. Step 4: Screw the unit onto the wall using screws (G x 2) and the screw driver.

WARNING: Installers must verify that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.

Step 2: Assemble Panels

1. Screw parts (A) into panels (1, 2).
2. Insert dowels (C) into panel (1). Then insert cam locks (B) to panel (1). Then insert parts (D) into panel (1). Secure the cam locks (B) to lock parts (D).
3. Attach panels (2) to panel (1). Insert and secure cam locks (C) to panels (2) to lock them with panel (1).
4. Insert dowels (C) into panels (2). Attach panels (7) to panels (2). Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (7) to lock it.
5. Insert dowels (C) into panels (1,2). Attach panels (5) to panels (1,2). Attach panel (6) to panel (1). Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (5,6) to lock it.
6. Insert dowels (C) into panels (1,2). Attach panels (8) to panels (1,2). Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (8) to lock it.
7. Screw parts (A) into panels (3,4).
8. Insert dowels (C) into panel (3). Then insert cam locks (B) to panel (3). Then insert parts (D) into panel (3). Then secure the cam locks (B) to lock parts (D).
9. Attach panels (4) to panel (3). Insert and secure cam locks (C) to panels (4) to lock them with panel (3).
10. Attach panels (3,4) to panels (5,6,7,8). Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (5,6,7) to lock it.
11. Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (8) to lock it.
12. Flip 180°. Insert parts (F) onto panels (1,3).
13. Secure parts (I) onto screws (G).
14. Secure parts (J) onto the screws (G), then screws and tighten screws (G). Part (J) must be installed correctly to ensure safe use.
15. Secure parts (K) onto the parts (I).

Final Assembly

Step 18: Stick stickers (E) on cam lock (B).
