Installation Steps
Step 1a: Wood Stud Wall Mounting
Fit for: 406mm (16"), 610 mm (24 ") stud.
Tools Required: Stud Finder ✏️, Pencil ✏️, Level ?, Drill ?️, Screw driver ?️.
Diagram shows a wall with studs. Use a level (F) to mark the exact location of mounting holes. Then, drill pilot holes (∅4mm / 5/32").
Step 2: Screw the mounting screws (S5) onto the wall. Ensure they are securely fastened.
Warning: Make sure that mounting screws are anchored into the center of the studs. The use of a stud finder is highly recommended. Installers are responsible to provide hardware for other types of mounting situations. Installers must verify that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
Step 1b: Solid Brick and Concrete Mounting
Tools Required: Pencil ✏️, Drill ?️, Wood Drill ?️, Hammer ?, Screw driver ?️.
Diagram shows a brick wall. Mark the exact location of mounting holes. Then, drill pilot holes (∅11mm / 7/16").
Step 4: Secure wall anchors (S4) and screws (S5). Screw S5 onto S4 into the drilled holes in the wall with a hammer.
Warning: Installers must verify that the supporting surface will safely support the combined weight of the equipment and all attached hardware and components.
Step 5: Attach Wall Hanging Accessories
Tips: Please disassemble the wall hanging accessories before hanging the product on the wall. To make sure you can use this product properly!!
Diagram shows how to attach wall hanging accessories (S1, S2, S3) to the main unit.
Step 6: Prepare Panels
Insert dowels (C) into panels (1,4). Insert cam locks (B) into panel (1). Then, insert parts (D) into panel (1). Rotate the cam locks (B) 90° ? to secure the parts (D).
Parts Used: B x 4, C x 8, D x 4.
Step 7: Assemble Main Frame (Part 1)
2 Person Task ?. Attach panels (2,3) to panel (1) correctly. Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (2,3) to lock them.
Parts Used: B x 4.
Step 8: Insert Cam Bolts
Screw cam bolts (A) into panels (1,2,3,4,5,6).
Parts Used: A x 24.
Step 9: Assemble Main Frame (Part 2)
Insert dowels (C) into panels (7,8,9). Attach panels (7,8,9) to panels (1,2,3) correctly. Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (7,8,9) to lock them.
Parts Used: B x 12, C x 10.
Step 10: Attach Shelves
Attach panels (10) to panels (1,2,3) correctly. Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (10) to lock them. Note the orientation based on L1 < L2.
Parts Used: B x 6.
Step 11: Attach Wire Cap
Insert dowels (C) into panels (5,6). Attach panels (5,6) to panel (4) correctly. Attach part (J) (wire cap) to panel (4).
Parts Used: J x 1.
Step 12: Assemble Main Frame (Part 3)
2 Person Task ?. Insert dowels (C) into panels (7,8,9). Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (10) to lock them. Attach panels (4,5,6) to panels (7,8,9) with screws (L).
Parts Used: B x 6, L x 12, C x 10.
Step 13: Attach Hinges
Attach parts (K) (hinges) to panel (11) with screws (F) correctly.
Parts Used: K x 4, F x 8.
Step 14: Attach Side Panels and Wire Cap
Attach parts (11) to panels (5,6) with screws (F) correctly. Insert parts (G) (crash pads) into panels (11). Attach part (J) (wire cap) to panel (1).
Parts Used: G x 4, J x 1, F x 16.
Step 15: Attach Support Rods
Attach parts (E,H) (support rods) to panels (8,9,11) with screws (I) correctly.
Parts Used: E x 1, H x 1, I x 8.
Step 16: Hang Cabinet on Wall
2 Person Task ?. With help from another person, carefully hang the assembled cabinet onto the wall screws (S5).
Step 17: Secure Cabinet to Wall
2 Person Task ?. Secure parts (S2) onto the screws (S5), then screws and tighten screws (S5). Part (S2) must be installed correctly to ensure safe use.
Parts Used: S2 x 4, S3 x 4.
Step 18: Final Cabinet Hanger Attachment
Secure parts (S1) onto the parts (S3).
Parts Used: S1 x 4.
Step 19: Hinge Adjustments
Diagrams show hinge adjustments: Adjust Height / 高さを調節, Adjust front and back / 前後を調節, Adjust Left and right 左右を調節. Each adjustment is illustrated with a close-up of the hinge mechanism and an arrow indicating the direction of movement.
Option A: Floating TV Stand
Step 20: Floating TV Stand Assembly Complete
The floating TV stand is now assembled.
Step 21: Attach Panel 12
Attach panel (12) to panels (8,9) using parts (O) (shelf support pins).
Parts Used: O x 4.
Step 22: Apply Stickers
Stick stickers (Q) on cam locks (B) and the holes for a finished look.
Parts Used: Q x 18.
Option B: Fireplace
Step 23: Fireplace Unit Ready
The unit is ready for the fireplace option.
Step 24: Prepare Fireplace Unit
Before attaching the fireplace to the TV stand, unscrew four silver screws on both sides of the fireplace unit.
Step 25: Handle Fireplace Glass
Carefully remove the front glass from the fireplace unit and place it on a soft and clean surface.
Step 26: Prepare Main Unit for Fireplace
Screw cam bolts (A) into panels (8,9) of the main unit.
Parts Used: A x 4.
Step 27: Attach Fireplace Mounting Brackets
Attach parts (P) (L-irons) to panels (13,14) with screws (F) correctly. Attach panels (13,14) to panels (8,9). Insert and secure cam locks (B) to panels (13,14) to lock it.
Parts Used: B x 4, F x 4, P x 4.
Step 28: Attach Additional Brackets
Attach parts (P) (L-irons) to panels (1,4) with screws (F) correctly.
Parts Used: F x 4.
Step 29: Insert Fireplace Unit
2 Person Task ?. Insert fireplace (15) from the front of the unit correctly.
Step 30: Secure Fireplace Unit
Attach fireplace (15) to panels (13,14) with screws (R) correctly.
Parts Used: R x 4.
Step 31: Reattach Glass Front
Attach the glass front back to the fireplace.
Step 32: Final Fireplace Assembly Stickers
Stick stickers (Q) on cam locks (B) and the holes for a finished look.
Parts Used: Q x 18.
