IKEA Krakow "Last Pieces" Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025
1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Last Pieces".
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Janki, Raszyn. Share capital: PLN 20,000,000.00. Registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 (the "Organizer").
2. Promotion Terms and Conditions
2.1. Promotion Duration: April 1, 2025 – June 30, 2025, or until stocks of promotional items are depleted.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Krakow, ul. Conrada 66, 31-357 Krakow.
2.3. Promotion Scope: Applies to purchases made at the IKEA Krakow physical store.
2.4. Exclusions: Does not apply to orders processed under the Distance Service Regulations.
2.5. Eligibility: Individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.
2.6. Target Audience: Retail customers. Applies to purchases of IKEA products in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. Not applicable to IKEA products for resale. IKEA employees may participate in the promotion.
3. Detailed Promotion Conditions
3.1. Promotion Mechanism: Opportunity to purchase selected items at a lower price. A list of promotional items and discount amounts is provided in Appendix No. 1 to these Regulations, subject to point 3.2 below.
3.2. Excluded Items: Items listed in Appendix No. 1 that were purchased from the "Okazje na Okrągło" (Round Occasions) department, as well as custom-ordered items.
3.3. Multiple Participations: Customers may participate multiple times during the promotion period.
3.4. Returns: Returning products purchased during the promotion signifies withdrawal from the promotion. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion confirms that the customer has read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted via:
- IKEA chat available on the Contact - IKEA - IKEA page.
- In person, in writing, at the IKEA Krakow Customer Service Department.
- By mail to the IKEA Krakow Store address (Attn: Head of Customer Service Department).
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
- Via the complaint form available on the Complaints at IKEA - IKEA page.
4.3. Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Written Complaint Requirements: Must include customer contact details (name, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint and its reason.
4.5. Availability of Regulations: The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department in IKEA Krakow and on the website ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Consumer Rights: For customers who are consumers or individuals whose agreement is directly related to their economic activity, but where the agreement does not have a professional character for them (as per the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement under the provisions of Art. 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects under the provisions of Art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Validity: These Regulations are valid from May 5, 2025.
