The Baby Trend® warranty covers workmanship defects within 1 year of purchase. This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, or accident. Any alteration or removal of the serial number also invalidates all claims. Damage to property during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

Safety Warnings & Precautions
General Safety:
- Always follow all instructions to ensure the safety of your child. Keep these instructions for future reference.
- Failure to follow instructions could result in serious injury or death. Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness and ensure children are properly positioned.
- Never leave children unattended.
- Ensure wheels are securely attached; a detached wheel can cause the stroller to tip over.
- Keep children away from the product when unfolding and folding it to prevent injury.
- This jogger is designed for one child only. Using it with more than one child can cause imbalance and injury.
- Do not inflate tires beyond the maximum recommended pressure to prevent blowouts and serious injury.
- Avoid placing purses, shopping bags, parcels, or accessory items that could change the stroller's balance and create unstable conditions.
- Maximum weight capacity: Basket - 5 lb (2.26 kg); Child Tray & Parent Tray - 1 lb (0.453 kg) each. Exceeding weight limits can cause instability.
- Ensure the stroller is fully erect and latched in the open position before allowing children near it.
- Do not use with children weighing more than 50 pounds (22.67 kg) or taller than 42 inches (106.7 cm) to prevent excessive wear and potential instability.
- Never use the stroller on stairways or escalators.
- Never use the stroller with roller skates, in-line skates, skateboards, or bicycles.
- For jogging, it is recommended that the child occupant be at least 6 months of age. Consult your healthcare provider before using a jogging stroller with your child.
- Never allow your stroller to be used as a toy.
- To clean, use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.
- Regularly check for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
- Discontinue use if the stroller malfunctions or becomes damaged. Contact customer service for repair or replacement parts.
Assembly Instructions
Setting Up the Stroller Frame
1. Release the fold latch by pulling it outward (as shown in Figure 1a) and unfold the stroller frame by pulling upward on the stroller handle until the frame locks into place (as shown in Figure 1b).
2. Insert the front wheel into the front wheel slot until you hear a click (as shown in Figure 1c).
Rear Wheel Assembly: The rear wheels MUST be installed prior to use.
3. Align the rear wheel with the hole on the side of the rear axle (as shown in Figure 1d). Push the wheel into the rear axle until it clicks. Repeat this process for the other rear wheel.

Note: After attaching the front and rear wheels, pull them firmly to ensure they are securely attached. Never use the stroller if the wheels do not lock into place. Rear Canopy Attachment to Parent Tray
1. Face the parent tray towards the canopy. Locate the three canopy straps and the seat strap (as shown in Figure 2a).
2. Flip the tray over so the slots face towards the seat and canopy (as shown in Figure 2b). Note: First thread the middle canopy strap through its slot, then insert the middle seat strap through its slot.
3. Insert the remaining straps into the tray slots (as shown in Figure 2c).
4. Pull back each strap until it catches the hole in its corresponding tray tab (as shown in Figure 2d).
5. Hook the strap into the tab on the inner side of the handle bar (as shown in Figure 2e). Repeat for the other side.
6. Pull the canopy edge forward or backward to open and close it (as shown in Figure 2f).

Parent Tray Installation and Removal
To Insert Parent Tray: Face the parent tray towards the canopy. Align the parent tray tabs with the outer tabs on both sides of the stroller. Press the tray down firmly until both tabs snap into position (as shown in Figure 3a).

Parent Tray Removal: Locate the parent tray tabs on the outer frame. Pull both sides of the tray to lift it from the housing (as shown in Figure 3b). To remove canopy and seat straps from the tray, reverse Step 2.

Child Tray Installation and Removal
WARNING: The child's tray is not a restraint device; always secure your child with the seat harness. DO NOT lift the stroller by the child's tray. Use care when a child is in the stroller and securing the front tray. Do not place hot liquids or more than 1 lb (0.453 kg) in the child tray, as this could result in serious burns or unstable conditions.
1. To attach the child tray: Push the tray downward into the connectors until you hear a click (as shown in Figure 4a). Check that the tray is securely latched in place.

2. To access the child seat: Under the child tray, push one release trigger while lifting the same side of the child tray. Then rotate until the child can safely enter the seat (as shown in Figure 4b).
3. To remove the child tray: Push both release triggers under the child tray while lifting the tray off (as shown in Figure 4c).

Storage Basket
5. Check Straps: Ensure that all straps with snap closures are attached correctly. Note: Always secure straps as shown in Figure 5.

Safety Features
Rear Brakes
WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed to prevent it from rolling away. NEVER leave the stroller unattended on a hill or incline, as it may slide down.
1. Press down the brake levers to engage the brakes and lift up on the levers to release them. The stroller may require forward or rearward movement to engage the brake. Check that the brakes are properly applied (as shown in Figure 6).

Securing the Child
WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness.
STRANGULATION HAZARD: A child can strangle in a loose safety harness. Never leave a child in the seat if the harness is loose or undone.
1. The 5-point harness shoulder straps have multiple positions. Select the position that places the shoulder strap level with, or below, the top of the child's shoulder (as shown in Figure 7a).
2. To secure the child, place the safety harness around the child's waist and over their shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the male end of each shoulder/waist belt into the buckle on the crotch strap. Tighten all buckles for a proper fit (as shown in Figure 7b).

3. To adjust the harness to the next height level, unhook the strap and pull it through the loop according to the child's sitting height (as shown in Figure 7c).
4. To adjust the harness to a lower height level, thread the clip back into the slot and pull it out through the desired lower level (as shown in Figure 7d).
5. RELEASE! Push the button on the center clasp to release the harness buckles (as shown in Figure 7e).

Seatback Positioning
1. To recline the seat, pinch the backrest adjustment buckle and pull down. To make the seat more upright, pinch and push the buckle upwards until the desired position is reached (as shown in Figure 8).
2. The upright position should only be used for a child at least 6 months old. Always re-adjust the safety harness, including shoulder belts, when repositioning the seatback.

Jogging With Your Stroller
WARNING: Never jog or run with your newborn in the car seat position. Use for strolling only.
STRANGULATION HAZARD! Children have strangled when straps have wrapped around their neck. When not in use, hook the tether strap onto the stroller handle. Keep this stroller tether strap out of the reach of children.
Folding and Unfolding
Folding the Stroller
1. When jogging with your child, use the following safety features:
- LOCK THE FRONT SWIVEL WHEEL IN STRAIGHT POSITION: Slide the slider down to the lock position. Slide back to unlock.
- SAFETY TETHER STRAP: Always connect the Tether Strap to either wrist when jogging. This strap will help prevent the stroller from rolling away if you trip while running (as shown in Figure 9a). The Tether Strap must always remain connected to the rear lower frame cross member to prevent the stroller from tipping backward if you fall. The Tether Strap includes a hook and loop attachment for storage on the left side of the stroller when not in use (as shown in Figure 9b).

WARNING: Be careful when folding and unfolding the stroller to prevent finger entrapment.
WARNING: Be careful when folding the stroller to prevent damage. Ensure all accessories, mobile phones, diaper bags, or purses are removed before folding. Failure to remove items may result in damage to the stroller or items, for which Baby Trend® will not be liable or provide warranty.
CAUTION: Do not allow children near the stroller while folding.
2. Push both fold buttons located on each shoulder of the stroller (as shown in Figure 10a) while folding the stroller frame until it fully closes (as shown in Figure 10b). Fold the stroller to its collapsed position (this may require additional hand assistance) before securing it with the fold latch.
Note: Move the front wheel sideways to engage the fold latch.
3. Lock the stroller by pulling the locking latch over (as shown in Figure 10c). Note: You may remove the tray for a more compact fold. Refer to Step 4 (as shown in Figure 10d).

Unfolding the Stroller
CAUTION: Do not allow children near the stroller while unfolding.
1. Unlock the fold latch (as shown in Figure 11a) and pull upward on the stroller handle until the frame locks into position (as shown in Figure 11b). Refer to the child tray instructions if needed for removing or adjusting the tray.

Maintenance
Front and Rear Wheel Release
1. If replacing the front wheel: Locate the release pin on the underside of the wheel hub (as shown in Figure 12a). Push in the release pin and pull the wheel out (as shown in Figure 12b).
2. Re-Install: Assemble the front wheels by inserting each into the pin. Press firmly to secure in place.
3. If replacing the rear wheel: Press the release pin and pull the wheel out (as shown in Figure 12c).

Care and Maintenance
Seat Pad: To clean the seat pad, use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.
Other: Regularly check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
