Overview

This section describes the components and features of the Lexon Flip Classic Mint alarm clock.

Device Components

The clock has two primary modes, indicated by an 'ON' or 'OFF' sign visible on the top surface.

Mode A (ON Sign Visible): Clock and Alarm Mode

• Display: Shows current time (3), date (2), and alarm time (4).
• Battery Status Indicator (5): Shows the current battery level.
• Snooze/Light Touch Area (6): Located on the top surface, used to activate snooze or backlight.

Mode B (OFF Sign Visible): Clock Mode Only

• Display: Shows the current time.
• Snooze/Light Touch Area (8): Located on the top surface, used for backlight.

Back of the Device

• H & M Keys (9): Used for setting Hour and Minutes, and adjusting settings.
• SET Key (10): Used to enter settings mode and confirm selections.
• USB-C Port (11): For charging the device.
• Power ON/OFF Key (12): To turn the device on or off.

Operations

First Setup

1. Press and hold the Power ON/OFF key (12) for 3 seconds to turn on the Flip Classic.
2. Use the H or M keys (9) to select the time format (12-hour or 24-hour). Press SET (10) to confirm.
3. Use the H and M keys (9) to set the current time. Press SET (10) to confirm.
4. Use the H and M keys (9) to set the date. Press SET (10) to confirm.
5. Use the H and M keys (9) to set the alarm time. Press SET (10) to confirm.
6. Use the H and M keys (9) to set the screen brightness. Press SET (10) to confirm.

Setting the Time

Position the Flip Classic with the 'OFF' sign facing up (Mode B). Use the H or M keys (9) to adjust the time.

Setting the Alarm Time

Position the Flip Classic with the 'ON' sign facing up (Mode A). Use the H or M keys (9) to adjust the alarm time. The preset alarm will ring again the following day. To disable the alarm, flip the device to the 'OFF' position.

Other Settings (Time Format, Date, Brightness)

1. Press the SET key (10) to enter the settings interface.
2. Short press the SET key (10) to cycle through settings: Time format, Date, Screen brightness.
3. In each interface, use the H or M keys (9) to make adjustments and press SET (10) to confirm.

Snooze Function

To snooze an active alarm, tap the top touch area (6). The alarm will sound again after 6 minutes. To stop the snooze, flip the device to the 'OFF' position. To set the alarm for the next day, flip the device to the 'ON' position.

Backlight

At night, tap the top touch area (6) to activate the backlight.

Lock System

The Flip Classic features a lock mode for travel, which disables the alarm and backlight. When the lock system is active, the display shows "--:--". To activate/deactivate, press a specific button three times.

Resetting the Device

To reset the device, press and hold the SET key (10) and any H or M key (9) simultaneously. After resetting, follow the 'First Setup' steps.

Charging

1. Connect the provided USB Type-C cable to the USB-C port (11) on the Flip Classic.
2. Connect the USB end of the cable to a computer or a DC 5V power adapter.

A full charge takes approximately 4 hours. The battery icon will flash when the battery is low.
