02. Connection
The Rainbow Lite is a wired controller requiring a Type-C cable to connect to the main unit.
Note: The gamepad supports both Xinput and Switch modes. After connecting, switch to the corresponding mode for normal use. PC platforms require Xinput mode, while Switch platforms require Switch mode. Xinput is the default mode.
- For Steam: Ensure "XBOX Controller Configuration Support" is enabled in the software's "Settings - Controller - General Controller Settings" to ensure proper recognition in games.
- For Switch: Navigate to "Settings - Gamepad & Sensor - Wired Gamepad Connection" on the Switch console.
03. Mode Switching
To use the gamepad correctly, switch between Xinput and Switch modes after connection as follows:
- To switch to Switch mode: Press and hold the A + HOME buttons for 3 seconds until the mode indicator light turns red.
- To switch to Xinput mode: Press and hold the B + HOME buttons for 3 seconds until the mode indicator light turns green.

05. Button Mapping
The gamepad includes two expandable back buttons (M1/M2) and supports the following button mapping configurations:

06. Turbo Function
The gamepad supports button turbo functionality. The eight supported buttons are A/B/X/Y, D-pad directions (Up/Down/Left/Right), LT/RT/LB/RB. The definition is as follows:
- Define Turbo: Press and hold FN + [desired button]. The mode indicator light will flash orange to indicate successful activation. When a turbo function is triggered, LEDs 2 and 3 will flash according to the turbo frequency.
- Clear Turbo: Press and hold the button whose turbo function you want to clear. Double-click the FN button. The mode indicator light will flash orange to confirm that the turbo function for that button has been successfully cleared.
- Turbo Frequency: Press and hold FN + [arrow key, likely right arrow based on context] to cycle through frequencies of 5/s, 10/s, and 20/s. The default value is 5/s.
07. Macro Recording

- Record Macro: Press and hold FN + (M1/M2) for 3 seconds. The mode indicator light will breathe red, indicating macro recording is in progress. 08. Joystick Dead Zone Adjustment
The joystick has a default factory dead zone. Users requiring a 0 dead zone can press FN + Left/Right Joystick Down (LS/RS) to toggle the dead zone between 0 and 10 for the left and right joysticks, respectively.
Note: A joystick with 0 dead zone offers higher control precision but may result in input drift in games that do not compensate for zero dead zones.
09. Quick Trigger
The gamepad supports a quick trigger configuration designed to optimize linear trigger clicks. A quick trigger setting allows the trigger to register a "release" at any point after being pressed and can be pressed again without returning to its original position, optimizing rapid click rates.
- Activate/Deactivate Quick Trigger: Press and hold the Triangle button + Trigger (LT/RT). The mode indicator light will flash cyan twice to confirm successful activation. Press and hold the Triangle button + Trigger (LT/RT) again. The mode indicator light will flash green and then twice to confirm deactivation.

If you experience severe joystick drift, cannot reach maximum trigger values, or triggers output values automatically without being pressed, calibrate the joystick and triggers as follows:
- Press and hold the View button + Menu button simultaneously for 3 seconds. The four LEDs will breathe slowly.
- Push the joysticks to their limits and rotate them in a uniform circle, repeating 3-5 times for each.
- Press the LT/RT buttons to their limit and release, repeating 3-5 times.
- Finally, press the View button + Menu button simultaneously. The LEDs will flash twice and then turn off, indicating that calibration is complete.
