01. Part Names
The RAINBOW Lite controller features a standard layout with the following components: Top Side: Left Trigger, L Button, View Button, Left Stick, LS Button (Left Stick Button), Indicator Lights (LED1, LED2), Direction Pad (D-pad) ⬆️⬇️⬅️➡️, Home Button ?, USB-C Power Port. Right Trigger, R Button, Menu Button ☰, A/B/X/Y Action Buttons, Indicator Lights (LED4, LED3), Triangle Button △, RS Button (Right Stick Button), Right Stick. Back Side: M2 Back Button, M1 Back Button. Connectivity: 3.5mm Terminal, USB-C Power Port. Included Accessory: TYPE-C USB Cable.

02. Connection
The RAINBOW Lite supports wired connection only via the included TYPE-C USB cable.
Note: The RAINBOW Lite supports both XInput mode and Switch mode. Please switch to the corresponding mode after connecting to your console. The default mode is XInput.
For Steam Connection: Navigate to Steam's "Settings > Controller General Controller Settings > Xbox Controller Support". If Xbox Controller Support is not selected, you may not be able to control the game.
For Switch Connection: Before connecting, ensure "Settings > Controllers and Sensors > Pro Controller Wired Communication" is enabled. If wired communication is not enabled, the controller cannot be used with the Switch.
03. Mode Switching
The RAINBOW Lite supports XInput mode and Switch mode. Switch to the appropriate mode after connecting to the console.
- To enter XInput mode: Press and hold the B button and the Home Button ? simultaneously for 3 seconds. The indicator light ? will turn green.
- To enter Switch mode: Press and hold the A button and the Home Button ? simultaneously for 3 seconds. The indicator light ? will turn red.
04. AURORA RGB Backlight Effects
The RAINBOW Lite supports various AURORA RGB backlight effect combinations. Press the FN button twice to cycle through or turn off the light effects.
06. TURBO Function
The RAINBOW Lite supports the TURBO function. Buttons that can have TURBO function set include: A/B/X/Y action buttons, L/R, Left Trigger, and Right Trigger.
Setting TURBO Function:
Press and hold the FN button and the desired button for TURBO function simultaneously. The indicator light ? will flash orange, activating the TURBO function for that button.
Canceling TURBO:
Press and hold the button for which you want to cancel TURBO, then double-click the FN button. The indicator light ? will flash orange twice, canceling the TURBO function for that button.
When the TURBO function is active, LED2 and LED3 will flash according to the TURBO speed.
TURBO Speed Adjustment:
Press and hold the FN button and the Left directional pad button (←) to adjust the TURBO speed. The TURBO speed cycles through 5, 10, or 20 times per second (3 levels). The default speed is 5 times per second.
07. Macro Function
The RAINBOW Lite supports the Macro function. Buttons that can have Macro function set include: A/B/X/Y action buttons, L/R, Left Trigger/Right Trigger, Directional Pad (↑ / ↓ / ← / →), LS/RS buttons, Left/Right Joysticks. Each macro set must be linked to the M1/M2 back buttons as activation switches.
Recording a Macro:
Press and hold the FN button and the M1/M2 back buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds. The indicator light ? will breathe red, entering record mode. Record your sequence and intervals, then click the FN button. The indicator light ? will flash red twice, completing the record.
While a macro is executing, LED1-4 will flash from left to right.
Canceling a Macro:
Press and hold the button for which you want to cancel the macro, then double-click the FN button. Indicator ? 2 will flash red twice, canceling the macro function for the corresponding button.
08. Joystick Dead Zone Switching
This controller is factory-set with a certain joystick dead zone. Users requiring a 0 dead zone can switch the dead zone of the left and right joysticks between two modes (0/10) by pressing and holding the LS/RS buttons (downward press) of the left and right joysticks while holding the FN button.
Note: A 0 dead zone offers higher control precision but may result in slight drift in games that do not have dead zone support.
09. Hair Trigger Mode / Function
The RAINBOW Lite supports the Hair Trigger function. This mode significantly shortens the trigger actuation distance, allowing for faster commands and a competitive edge.
Turning Hair Trigger Mode On/Off:
Press and hold the Triangle Button △ and the Left/Right triggers simultaneously. The indicator light ? will flash blue twice, activating Hair Trigger mode for the Left/Right triggers.
To cancel Hair Trigger mode: Press and hold the Triangle Button △ and the Left/Right triggers (for which Hair Trigger function is set) simultaneously. The Hair Trigger mode for the Left/Right triggers will be canceled.
10. Analog Stick and LT/RT Trigger Calibration
If your joystick drifts severely, cannot be pushed to its maximum, or if your trigger does not automatically reach its maximum linear value, you can attempt to calibrate the joystick and trigger. The procedure is as follows:
- Press and hold the View Button ?️ and Menu Button ☰ simultaneously for 3 seconds. The 4 LED indicators ? will light up.
- Push the joysticks to their maximum and rotate them uniformly (repeat 3-5 times).
- Press and release the LT/RT triggers to their maximum (repeat 3-5 times).
- Press the View Button ?️ and Menu Button ☰ simultaneously again. The LED indicators ? will flash twice, completing the calibration.

12. Audio
The RAINBOW Lite supports 3.5mm audio output.
Press and hold the FN button and the Up/Down directional pad buttons (↑ / ↓) to adjust the volume. (*This function is supported only on Windows 10/11).
13. Motor Vibration Strength Adjustment
The RAINBOW Lite allows adjustment of vibration strength across 4 levels.
Press and hold the FN button and the Right directional pad button (→) to adjust the vibration strength of the trigger motors. Vibration strength cycles through Strong (default), Medium, Weak, and Off (a total of 4 levels).
14. One-Touch Reset
Press and hold the HOME Button ? for 10 seconds until the controller vibrates. The controller settings will be successfully reset.
