FUFUGAGA 61.4'' Sideboard Assembly Instructions

Important Information

? Anti-Topple Warning! Overturned furniture can cause serious or fatal crush injuries. Ensure the wall attachment is used. If not included, please purchase one suitable for your wall. Seek professional advice if unsure. Follow each step carefully.

Important Maintenance: All screws must be re-tightened 2 weeks after assembly and every 3 months thereafter to ensure stability. For the frame, use a rag dipped in neutral detergent, then dry with a clean rag. For glass, use a glass cleaner and dry rag. Do not use electric screwdrivers or excessive force, as the board can break easily.

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Fix leg (25) to tube (24) using screw (S) (8 x 25 mm).

Step 2

Fix the base (board 2) to board (17) using screw (D) (6 x 50 mm).

Step 3

Screw eccentric rod (A) (6 x 35 mm) into board (2) using a screwdriver.

Step 4

Fix slide rail (F) to board (6) using screw (B) (3 x 12 mm). Screw eccentric rod (A) (6 x 35 mm) into board (6) and insert wooden dowel (R).

Step 5

Fix board (14) to board (7) using screw (T) (4 x 20 mm). Screw eccentric rod (A) (6 x 35 mm) into board (6) and insert wooden dowel (R).

Step 6

Attach board (6) and board (7) to board (13). Insert cam lock (C) (15 x 12 mm) into board (13) and turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 7

Attach boards (3, 8, 4, 5, 6, 7) to board (1). Insert cam lock (C) (15 x 12 mm) into the boards and turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 8

Insert back boards (9, 16, 26, 10) along the available grooves.

Step 9

Fix board (14) to the bottom of board (7) using screw (T) (4 x 20 mm). Fix slide rail (E) to board (14) using screw (B) (3 x 12 mm).

Step 10

Insert layer pin (L) into boards (3, 4, 5, and 6).

Step 11

Place shelf (23) and shelf (15) into position.

Step 12

Fix board (27) to board (1) using screw (T) (4 x 20 mm). Screw eccentric rod (A) (6 x 35 mm) into board (1). Fix board (17) to board (27) using screw (T) (4 x 20 mm).

Step 13

Attach board (1) to the top. Add cam lock (C) (15 x 12 mm) into boards (3, 8, 4, 5, 6, 7) and turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 14

Fix handle (O) to board (11) and board (12) using screw (M) (4 x 18 mm).

Step 15

Fix hinge (Q) to board (11) and board (12) using screw (B) (3 x 12 mm).

Step 16

Assemble door (11) and door (12) to the cabinet by fixing the hinge with screw (B) (3 x 12 mm).

Step 17

Fix handle (O) to board (22) using screw (M) (4 x 18 mm). Screw eccentric rod (A) (6 x 35 mm) into board (2). Fix board (19) and board (21) to board (18) using screw (J) (3.5 x 25 mm).

Step 18

Insert board (20) along the grooves. Attach board (19) to board (21) and board (22), add cam lock (C) (15 x 12 mm) and turn clockwise to tighten.

Step 19

Fix runner (H) and runner (G) to board (19) and board (24) using screw (B) (3 x 12 mm).

Step 20

Part Q is shown.

Step 21

Insert buckle (N) into back slots and fix with screw (B) (3 x 12 mm).

Step 22

Install anti-tipping device (P).

Step 23

If there is misalignment after installation, adjust the screws to the best condition.

Safety and Usage Warnings

ALWAYS install the tipover restraint provided.

NEVER put a TV on this product.

NEVER allow children to stand, climb, or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.

NEVER open more than one drawer at a time.

Place the heaviest items in the lowest drawers.

This is a permanent label. Do not remove!

Warranty and Returns

Warranty Claims

There is a 30-day warranty for broken furniture or other issues that prevent proper function. The warranty starts from the date of purchase, verified by proof of purchase.

Before making a claim, contact FUFUGAGA for assistance. Provide your purchase order number and details of the problem for replacement parts. Replacements are arranged within 48 hours. If out of stock, a shipping date will be provided.

The product must be used in accordance with the provided instructions. For health reasons, if the furniture needs to be returned for other reasons, it must be cleaned and dried and operated within 30 days of receipt.

Type of Warranty Claim:

• Failure to follow furniture instructions will invalidate the warranty.
• Damage during installation is not included, but damage during transportation is included.

Scope of Responsibility:

• FUFUGAGA shall not bear responsibility for misuse, user damage, or loss of parts during installation.
• Damage and scratches after use are not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Coverage (US):

• Sheet parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.
• Electrical parts: 1 month from the date of purchase.

Returns

Changed Your Mind? If you have purchased and simply changed your mind, follow the retailer's instructions for returns.

Defective Items: If your item is defective, contact FUFUGAGA first. Provide details of the problem.

Damaged Items: If you receive an order with obvious shipping damage, refuse delivery. If accepted and damage is found, follow the retailer's specific instructions. Save all packaging material and paperwork. Disposing of packaging or attempting returns without contacting the fulfillment center may jeopardize your claim.
