SUNDVIK Changing Table/Chest of Drawers

Important Safety Information

WARNING: Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. ALWAYS secure this furniture to the wall using tip-over restraints.

To further reduce the risk of serious injury and death from tip-overs:

  • Place heaviest items in the lower drawer.
  • Do not set TVs or other heavy objects on top of this product.
  • Never let children climb or hang on drawers, doors, or shelves.

  • Screwdrivers (Phillips and Flathead) ?
  • Hammer ?
  • Pencil ✏️

  • Drill bits: Ø8mm (5/16"), Ø3mm (1/8")

Assembly Steps

  1. Step 1: Attach side panels to the base frame using four (4) screws (107271).
  2. Step 2: Insert eight (8) dowels (123492) into the side panels. Insert four (4) screws (112614) into the base.
  3. Step 3: Insert four (4) screws (100481) into the base.
  4. Step 4: Insert eight (8) dowels (114613) into the side panels.
  5. Step 5: Insert sixteen (16) dowels (101350) into the side panels.
  6. Step 6: Attach drawer runners (left and right) to the side panels using four (4) screws (100347) for each runner.
  7. Step 7: Insert one vertical support panel into the base, securing it with cam locks (122332) and cam bolts (120189).
  8. Step 8: Insert the second vertical support panel, securing it with two (2) cam locks (122332) and two (2) cam bolts (120189).
  9. Step 9: Slide the back panel into the grooves of the side and base panels.
  10. Step 10: Slide the second back panel into the grooves.
  11. Step 11: Attach the side panels to the drawer runner assembly using dowels (101350) and screws (101354).
  12. Step 12: Slide the back panel into the grooves of the assembled frame.
  13. Step 13: Attach drawer runners to the frame using cam locks (122332) and cam bolts (120189).
  14. Step 14: Slide the back panel into the grooves.
  15. Step 15: Attach drawer runners to the frame using cam locks (122332) and cam bolts (120189).
  16. Step 16: Attach the top support frame using screws (100347).
  17. Step 17: Attach drawer runners to the top support frame using cam locks (122332).
  18. Step 18: Attach drawer runners to the frame using six (6) cam locks (122332).
  19. Step 19: Attach drawer runners to the frame using four (4) screws (109510).
  20. Step 20: Attach the drawer front panel using dowels (101350).
  21. Step 21: Attach drawer side panels to the drawer front panel using screws.
  22. Step 22: Attach the drawer front panel using screws (100136) and cam locks (120189).
  23. Step 23: Attach the drawer front panel using screws (114613) and cam locks (100481).
  24. Step 24: Attach the drawer front panel using screws (101350) and dowels (101354).
  25. Step 25: Attach the drawer front panel using cam locks (122332).
  26. Step 26: Attach the drawer front panel using dowels (101354).
  27. Step 27: Attach the top surface to the frame using screws (104323).
  28. Step 28: Attach the hinges to the changing top frame using screws (10143360).
  29. Step 29: Attach the hinges to the changing top frame using screws (10065533) and cam lock housings (152526).
  30. Step 30: Attach the drawer bottom panel using screws (100481).
  31. Step 31: Attach the wall mounting bracket (106989) to the furniture using screws (109049) and wall plugs (121714).
  32. Step 32: Place the changing top assembly onto the main frame.
  33. Step 33: Secure the changing top assembly to the frame using six (6) cam locks (122332).
  34. Step 34: Attach the changing top to the frame using screws (109048).
  35. Step 35: Attach the changing top to the frame using screws (109048).
  36. Step 36: Attach the changing top to the frame using screws (109048) and cam locks (100823).
  37. Step 37: Attach the lid using screws (100001) and cam locks (105042).
  38. Step 38: Assemble the drawer box using dowels (123492) and screws (145718).
  39. Step 39: Assemble the drawer box using dowels (101345) and screws.
  40. Step 40: Assemble the drawer box using cam locks (110630) and cam bolts (110630).
  41. Step 41: Insert the drawer back panel into the assembled drawer box.
  42. Step 42: Insert the drawer back panel into the assembled drawer box.
  43. Step 43: Insert the drawer back panel into the assembled drawer box using screws (145718).
  44. Step 44: Insert the drawer back panel into the assembled drawer box using screws (119030).
  45. Step 45: Attach drawer runners to the assembled drawer box using screws (100347).
  46. Step 46: Insert the assembled drawer into the furniture frame.
  47. Step 47: Insert the assembled drawer into the furniture frame using screws (105344).
  48. Step 48: Attach the drawer knob (119976) to the drawer front using screws (100823 and 117616).
  49. Step 49: Final check. Ensure all parts are securely fastened.
