Note: The wireless approval code for CP900 is on the product nameplate. The wireless approval code for BT50 is on the manual, with the model approval code being CMIIT ID: 2019DP8976.
Charging Your CP900
Connect the CP900 to a USB power source using the provided USB cable. The CP900 battery provides up to 12 hours of talk time and takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge from empty (using a 5V/1A power source).

Viewing the Battery Status
Tap the ☊ [power] button to view the battery status. The LED light-ring indicates the battery level:
- Full battery: LED light-ring is solid green.
- Medium battery: LED light-ring is green.
- Low battery: LED light-ring is red.
- Extremely low on power: LED light-ring flashes red.

Connecting Your CP900
Connect to PC via USB Cable
Connect the CP900 directly to a USB port on your PC using the USB cable.

Connect to PC via Bluetooth
Insert the BT50 adapter into a USB port on your PC. The CP900 and BT50 are pre-paired and ready to use out of the box. The Bluetooth range is up to 30 meters (100 feet).

Connect to Smartphone via Bluetooth
Press and hold the ? [bluetooth] button for 2 seconds to enter pairing mode. Then, pair your smartphone with the CP900.

To disconnect Bluetooth, double-tap the ? [bluetooth] button. To reconnect, tap the ? [bluetooth] button again.
Placing Your CP900
Place the speakerphone in the center of the table. For optimal performance, ensure the distance from the speakerphone to each participant is no more than 2 meters (6.5 feet). The CP900 is ideal for meetings with up to 6 people.

Using Your CP900
The Yealink CP900 features several buttons for controlling calls and audio:
- Microphone: Captures audio.
- Bluetooth Button (?): Manages Bluetooth connections.
- Volume Down (➖): Decreases speaker volume.
- Answer Call (?): Answers or ends calls.
- Power On/Off (☊): Turns the device on or off.
- Mute Button (?): Mutes or unmutes the microphone.
- Volume Up (➕): Increases speaker volume.
- End Call (?): Ends or rejects calls.
- Teams Button/Voice Assistant (??): Activates Microsoft Teams or your smartphone's voice assistant.

Call Management and Operations
The CP900 is compatible with Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, and Yealink UME/VCD clients. It can connect to a PC via USB or Bluetooth, and to a smartphone via Bluetooth. Once connected, you can control calls directly from the CP900.

Hold a call | During a call, tap the ? [call] button. The LED light-ring flashes green. |
Reset to factory defaults | Hold the ? [answer call] and ? [end call] buttons for 6 seconds. |
Play/pause music | When a connected smartphone is playing music, tap the ? [end call] button to pause. Tap it again to resume playback. |
Teams Button Functions
The CP900 integrates with Microsoft Teams and smartphone voice assistants.

Operating Requirements

- Ensure hands are completely dry before plugging or unplugging cables.

Troubleshooting
- Unit cannot supply power to other devices: Check plug connection. Clean plug, try another outlet.
- Usage environment out of temperature range: Use within the specified operating temperature range.
- Cable connection incorrect: Connect the cable correctly.
- Cannot connect cable properly: Ensure it's a Yealink device and use the correct power supply.
- Dust in port: Clean the port.
