IKEA TONSTAD Chair Assembly Instructions

This document provides instructions for assembling the IKEA TONSTAD chair.

Parts List

Attach the side rails to the seat frame using bolts (100159) and dowels (100505). Ensure the dowels are inserted correctly. [Diagram showing bolts and dowels connecting frame parts]
Attach the back legs to the seat frame. [Diagram showing back legs being attached]
Secure the seat frame to the back legs using brackets (115983) and the Allen key (111631). Ensure the brackets are oriented correctly. [Diagram showing brackets being secured]
Attach the front legs to the seat frame using bolts (100159) and dowels (100505). [Diagram showing front legs being attached]

Secure the chair back to the seat and leg assembly using brackets (115983) and the Allen key (111631). [Diagram showing brackets securing the chair back]

Attach the seat support bracket (148819) to the underside of the seat using screw (108445). [Diagram showing bracket attachment]
Attach the protective feet (10032286) to the bottom of each leg. Ensure they click into place. [Diagram showing feet being attached to legs]
Carefully place the chair onto a table or stable surface for the next step. [Diagram showing chair placement]
Ensure the protective feet are securely attached by pressing them firmly until they click. [Diagram showing feet being clicked into place]

Assemble on a soft surface, like a rug, to avoid scratching the chair. [Diagram showing assembly on a rug]
