Main furniture components (panels, doors, shelves) are assembled according to the steps below.
Assembly Steps
Step 1
Place the base panel on a soft surface to prevent scratches. Attach the bracket (1x Part #103651) to the panel using two screws (2x Part #109558). Step 2
Insert four dowels (4x Part #101345) into the designated holes on one of the side panels. [Diagram shows a close-up of dowels being inserted into holes on a panel edge.]
Step 3
Connect the bottom panel to the side panel by aligning the dowels and securing with screws. [Diagram shows a side panel being connected to a bottom panel, with dowels aligning and screws being inserted.]
Step 4
Attach the second side panel by inserting four dowels (4x Part #101345) and securing with screws. [Diagram shows the second side panel being attached to the bottom panel, using dowels and screws.]
Step 5
Connect the middle shelf panel. Insert four dowels (4x Part #101345) into the side panels and secure the middle shelf with four screws (4x Part #100229) using the Allen key (1x Part #100006). [Diagram shows the middle shelf being inserted and secured with screws and dowels.]
Step 6
Insert two dowels (2x Part #101345) into the top edges of the side panels. [Diagram shows dowels being inserted into the top of the side panels.]
Step 7
Attach the top panel. Insert six dowels (6x Part #101345) into the top panel and secure it to the side panels. [Diagram shows the top panel being attached, with dowels and screws.]
Step 8
Secure the top panel further by inserting four screws (4x Part #100229) from the inside. [Diagram shows screws being inserted from the inside to secure the top panel.]
Step 9
Assemble the drawer. Place the drawer base panel on a flat surface. Attach the drawer sides and back using fourteen nails (14x Part #101221) and the drawer component (1x Part #105494). Use a hammer. Step 10
Attach the drawer runners/guides to the cabinet frame. Use four brackets (4x Part #122628) and a hammer. [Diagram shows brackets being hammered into place on the inside of the cabinet frame.]
Step 11
Attach the wall mounting bracket to the top back of the cabinet. Use one screw (1x Part #109041) and one washer (1x Part #100823). Step 12
Prepare the wall for mounting. Position the cabinet against the wall and mark the hole locations for the wall bracket. Secure the cabinet to the wall using the wall mounting bracket (1x Part #100823) and appropriate wall fixings (not included). Step 13
Insert two shelf supports (2x Part #10119600) into the desired shelf positions inside the cabinet. [Diagram shows shelf supports being inserted into holes inside the cabinet.]
Step 14
Insert two shelf supports (2x Part #10119658) into the desired shelf positions inside the cabinet. [Diagram shows more shelf supports being inserted.]
Step 15
Attach the top back panel. Use one screw (1x Part #101068) and one washer (1x Part #101313). [Diagram shows the top back panel being attached with a screw and washer.]
Step 16
Attach the doors. Insert one shelf support (1x Part #139477) into the bottom of the door hinge mechanism. Insert another shelf support (1x Part #133127) into the top of the door hinge mechanism. [Diagram shows two types of shelf supports being inserted into the door hinge components.]
Step 17
Mount the doors onto the cabinet. Align the hinge mechanisms with the pre-drilled holes on the cabinet frame and push the door into place. [Diagram shows a door being attached to the cabinet, with an arrow indicating the motion.]
Step 18
Secure the doors. Push the hinge mechanism until it clicks into place. [Diagram shows a close-up of the hinge mechanism clicking into place.]
Step 19
Attach the door knobs. Insert one knob (1x Part #10062514) and secure it with one screw (1x Part #119976). [Diagram shows a door knob being attached to the door with a screw.]
