WARNING

Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To prevent this furniture from tipping over it must be permanently fixed to the wall with the included wall attachment devices.

Fastening devices for the wall are not included since different wall materials require different types of fastening devices. Use fastening devices suitable for the walls in your home. For advice on suitable fastening devices, contact your local specialized dealer.

Assembly Steps

Tools Required

You will need the following tools: [screwdriver], [hammer], [ruler].

Ensure you have all parts listed before starting assembly.

Step 1

Attach the drawer slides (10087134) to the side panels using screws (146114). Ensure correct orientation as shown in the diagram.

Step 2

Attach the drawer slides (10087134) to the other side panel using screws (146114). Ensure correct orientation.

Insert dowels (101339) into the designated holes on the bottom panel.

Step 3

Connect the side panels to the bottom panel using the inserted dowels. Ensure the panels are flush.

Step 4

Connect the top panel to the side panels using dowels (101345).

Connect the vertical divider panels to the bottom and top panels using dowels (101345).

Step 5

Use the Allen key (100006) to insert and tighten screws (100229) through the side panels into the vertical dividers.

Step 6

Insert dowels (101345) into the designated holes on the side panels for shelf support.

Step 7

Screw cam lock posts (100481) into the designated holes on the panels.

Step 8

Attach the connecting bracket (106989) to the panel using screws.

Step 9

Insert cam locks (119252) into the corresponding holes and turn them clockwise with a screwdriver [turn clockwise] to secure the connection.

Attach another panel using cam lock posts (100481) and secure with cam locks (119252).

Step 11

Insert dowels (101345) into the designated holes on the side panels.

Connect the panels using dowels and secure with cam lock posts (100481) and cam locks (119252).

Insert cam locks (119252) and turn to secure.

Connect the remaining vertical and horizontal panels using dowels and screws.

Use the Allen key (100006) to insert and tighten screws (100229).

Insert cam locks (119252) and turn to secure.

Attach the top support rod (106940).

Slide the back panels into the grooves.

Place the base panel onto the assembled frame.

Attach the wall mounting bracket (106989) to the top of the unit using screws (100823) and nuts (109041).

Insert shelf pins (100481) into the designated holes.

Place the top panel onto the unit, aligning it with the shelf pins.

Insert cam locks (119252) and turn to secure the top panel.

Place the drawer base panel on a flat surface.

Use a ruler and pencil to mark lines on the drawer base panel.

Attach the drawer sides to the drawer base using screws (101206) and brackets (105494). Use a hammer [hammer] to tap in the screws.

Attach the drawer front and back panels using dowels and cam lock posts (122628).

Attach drawer runners (109558) to the drawer sides using screws (103651).

Attach the drawer handle mechanism (10119600) and handle holder (10119658) to the drawer front.

Secure the drawer front with a screw (101068) and washer (101313).

Step 35

Attach the corresponding drawer runners (139477, 133127) to the inside of the cabinet.

Step 36

Attach the door to the cabinet using the hinges.

Adjust the door hinges for proper alignment. Listen for the [click sound].

Attach the door handle using screw (119976) and post (10062514).

Attach the wall mounting bracket (100823) to the wall using appropriate wall fasteners (not included). Ensure it is securely fastened.

Connect the unit to the wall bracket.

Step 40

Assemble the drawer base structure.

Connect the drawer side panels to the base.

Secure the drawer sides using cam locks (119030).

Slide the drawer back panel into place.
