Required tools include an 8mm drill bit [8mm drill bit], a 10mm wrench [10mm wrench], and a 5mm wrench [5mm wrench]. A scale ruler (0-10 cm) is provided for measurement.
Installation Instructions
Step 1: Frame Assembly
Attach component G to component F using screws X, Y, U, and V. Ensure correct orientation as depicted.
Step 2: Rail Attachment
Connect component I to component L using screw T. Repeat this process for the second set of components.
Step 3: Mounting Arms
Mount components M and N to the main frame using screws S. Ensure all mounting points are secured.
Step 4: Rail Support Base Configurations
The diagram illustrates three rail support base configurations: Standard, Midway, and Lower. Each configuration utilizes components L and I. Additionally, cut parts E1 and D1 according to the indicated lines [scissors icon], then attach components D, E, D1, and E1 to the frame.
Step 5: Securing the Rail
Secure the rail using straps S3. The rail length is approximately 690 mm.
Step 6: Attaching Support Arms
Attach the main support arms to the frame. Pay attention to the left and right placement and the indicated rotation direction.
Step 7: Fastening Components
Secure various parts of the assembly using screws Z, V, U, and T.
Step 8: Connecting Frame Sections
Attach component A to component B1.
Step 9: Bracket Positioning
Mount the bar with the brackets in the specified position. Multilingual instructions confirm this action.
Step 10: Sliding Components
Slide components A and B into their designated positions, ensuring correct left and right placement.
Step 11: Vehicle Frame Attachment
The diagram shows how to attach the carrier to the vehicle frame by pushing down to snap the tube into the brackets.
Step 12: Securing with Straps
Use straps S3 to secure the carrier. Two straps are provided for this purpose.
Step 13: Final Tightening
Tighten screws to a maximum of 1.5 Nm using the appropriate hex key. The diagram shows a correct method (✔️) and an incorrect method (❌) for tightening.
Step 14: Adjusting Brackets
Rotate the brackets to achieve the correct position, as indicated by arrows and multilingual instructions.
Step 15: Securing with Strap C
Secure the carrier using strap C.
Step 16: Hooking the Carry-Bike
To hook the Carry-Bike, push down to snap the tube into the brackets. A 'clack!' sound effect indicates secure attachment.
Step 17: Additional Fastening
Secure components using screws J, U, V, and X.
Step 18: Using Component S2
Install component S2 as shown.
Step 19: Drilling and Final Assembly
Drill holes using an 8mm drill bit [8mm drill bit]. Attach components using screws K, U, V, W, and X. The diagram shows two drilling points and subsequent fastening steps.
Safety and Usage Information
Always adhere to the specified torque limits (max 1.5 Nm) for secure installation.
Ensure the carrier is properly secured to the vehicle before use.
