Installation Instructions
General Pre-Installation Checks (Page 4):
- Check all parts for damage or deformation during transport.
- If you have doubts or questions, contact your dealer.
- Installation should be performed by qualified personnel in compliance with local regulations.
- Before installing, identify the strongest points on the vehicle's rear wall for bracket attachment.
Step 1: Attaching Brackets (Page 5)
- Attach brackets D, E (4x), F (2x), G (2x) to the vehicle wall.
- Use bolts Q (14x) and R (8x) with washers S (4x).
- Drill holes with a Ø 6.5mm drill bit as indicated.
Step 2: Preparing Tubes (Page 5)
- Cut tubes B to the desired vertical spacing.
- Attach tubes B to the main frame A using brackets B2 (2x).
Step 3: Assembling Frame Components (Page 6)
- Attach fork mount assemblies H (2x) to tubes B using bolts W (2x) and washers S (4x).
- Attach the lower rail assembly C.
- Secure strap components Q (2x) and U (2x) with washer S (1x).
Step 4: Securing Frame (Page 7)
- Drill holes with Ø 6.5mm.
- Attach components using bolts U (2x), Q (2x), and V (2x).
Step 5: Finalizing Rail Attachment (Page 7)
- Attach rails using bolts U (2x), Q (2x), washer S (1x), and part T (2x).
Step 6: Fork Mount Adjustment (Page 8)
- WARNING! Do not fully tighten the fork mount to the tube; leave a 2mm space. ⚠️

- Ensure strap tightening mechanisms allow for 360° rotation (?) for optimal securing.

Usage Instructions
Securing Bikes and Travel (Page 11):
- ✔️ Before leaving, always hook the two security straps.
- Ensure bikes are firmly attached and all straps are tightened securely.
- Rotate handlebars to prevent damage to the vehicle wall.
- Remove batteries from electric bikes before loading them for transport.
Troubleshooting and Support:
- In case of problems, contact your local dealer.
- Provide the alphanumeric code from the product's nameplate when contacting the dealer.

Safety Instructions
General Safety Precautions:
- Read and follow all instructions and warnings carefully. Failure to do so may cause severe harm or damage, for which the manufacturer declines all responsibility.
- Ensure compatibility with the vehicle before installation.
- Check for damage during transport and after any accident. Contact your dealer if damage is found before moving the vehicle.
- Do not modify the product, as this may cause damage or injury.
- Verify the vehicle's rear wall or door is sufficiently solid and suitable for guaranteeing the resistance of the anchoring points. Reinforce if necessary.
- The installation of the Carry-Bike modifies the vehicle's weight distribution. Do not exceed the maximum permissible axle load.
- Never exceed the maximum permitted length and the total weight of the fully loaded vehicle.
- Load bikes with correct weight distribution: place heavier bikes closer to the vehicle wall for better stability. Do not exceed the vehicle's maximum width.
- Always signal the presence of the bike carrier with a warning sign for protruding loads.
- If rear visibility is limited, use additional rear-view mirrors.
- Be aware of the Carry-Bike's presence while driving, especially during reversing maneuvers. Be mindful of parking assist systems.
- Always comply with speed limits and traffic laws. Adjust speed to traffic conditions and the transported load.
- If using the carrier with a trailer, ensure the tow hook is accessible and has sufficient angular mobility (refer to DIN 74058).
- Periodically check the rack's attachment, especially after the first kilometers and before/after long trips. Ensure straps are not loose and brackets have not shifted. Replace worn components immediately.
