Installation Instructions

Follow these steps for installation:

1. Step 1: Attach parts A and B using screws S (2x) and Y (2x).
2. Step 2: Attach part D to the main structure using part N (2x) and screws Y (2x) and T (2x).
3. Step 3: Mount the vertical support arms (part M) using screws Y (2x) and T (2x).
4. Step 4: Attach part E using screws Y (2x) and T (2x). Warning: Do not fully tighten the fork to the tube; leave a 2mm space.
5. Step 5: Attach parts P and O.
6. Step 6: Secure the rails using parts L (4x) and I (4x) with screws Z (4x) and V (4x) for the first set, and U (4x) and X (4x) for the second set.
7. Step 7: Attach parts F, G, and H. The arms can rotate 360°.

When not carrying bicycles, the carrier can be folded or stored.

Usage and Safety Guidelines

Securing Bicycles:

• For standard bikes: Secure up to 3 bikes, with a maximum weight of 17 kg per bike.
• For E-bikes: Secure up to 2 bikes, with a maximum weight of 25 kg per bike.
• Always ensure the total load does not exceed 50 kg.

General Safety:

• Read all instructions and warnings carefully. Failure to comply may cause severe harm or damage.
• Ensure compatibility with your vehicle before installation.
• Check the product for damage after transport or accidents. Contact your dealer if damaged before moving the vehicle.
• Fiamma is not responsible for damages caused by product modifications.
• Be aware of altered vehicle maneuverability, especially when reversing.
• Always comply with speed limits and local highway codes. Adjust speed according to traffic and load conditions.
• When towing a trailer, ensure the tow hook remains accessible and trailer angular mobility is guaranteed (DIN 74058).
• Periodically check the rack's attachment, especially after initial kilometers and long trips.
• Inspect rubber parts and straps regularly and replace them if worn or porous.

Warning Symbols:

• ⚠️ Road hazard warnings.
