Installation Instructions

Follow these step-by-step instructions for the correct installation of your FIAMMA CARRY-BIKE. It is recommended that installation is performed by qualified personnel.

Step 1: Frame Assembly (Page 5)

Assemble the main frame components A, B, and C. Arrows indicate the insertion direction. A close-up view shows connection points with diameters of Ø35 mm and Ø30 mm. The step is illustrated with an icon representing two people (?‍?‍?), suggesting it may require assistance.

Step 2: Attaching Support Brackets (Page 6)

Attach various support brackets and components labeled D, E, F, G, L, and R to the main frame. Part K is specifically designated for T5 models (2x required).

Step 3: Securing Frame Components (Page 7)

Secure the frame components using screws and washers: O (8x), S (8x), and V (6x). A hammer ? is depicted for the insertion of part O.

Step 4: Initial Fastening and Caution (Page 8)

Attach components H, J, L, Q (4x), R, T, and W. A prominent warning symbol ⚠️ is displayed alongside the instruction: "Do not completely tighten the screws." This caution is reiterated in multiple languages (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, SV, DA, NO, FI, PT).

Step 5: Adding Lower Supports (Page 9)

Measure and mark 240 mm intervals on the carrier. Secure the straps labeled Y (2x) into position, noting a specific alignment detail requiring 20 mm clearance.

Step 7: Preparing and Attaching Covers (Page 10)

Prepare the protective covers Y1. These are attached to parts F and G. The process involves cutting part Y1 using scissors ✂️.

Step 8: Vehicle Mounting (Page 10)

Step 9: Securing Mechanisms (Page 11)

Operate the "OPEN" securing mechanism. Straps Y (2x) are used in this step, with a reference measurement of 70 mm indicated for positioning.

Step 10: Screw Tightening Caution (Page 12)
