Optimizing Cleaning Performance

• Adjust Suction Power: Increase suction power for more effective debris pickup.
• Spot Cleaning: Use the "Spot Cleaning" mode for targeted cleaning of stubborn messes like coffee stains. The robot automatically switches to vacuum and mop mode when dirt is detected in pure vacuum mode.
• Dirt Inspection: Activate "Dirt Inspection" to ensure no spots are missed after a complete house cleaning.
• Accessory Maintenance: Regularly clean and replace accessories, especially the roller brush and dustbin filter, for optimal results.
• Keep Software Updated: Regularly update the system to the latest version for performance improvements and new features.

Optimizing Mopping Performance

If your home has not been thoroughly cleaned recently, or when using the E25 for the first time, you may notice visible streaks during mopping. This is due to the loosening of thick dust layers under furniture and will reduce with repeated cleaning.

• Cleaning Fluid: Use the official eufy cleaning solution and activate the automatic detergent dispenser.
• Pure Suction Mode: Before the first mopping session, use pure suction mode to remove dust and hair from under furniture using the eufy Clean App.
• Adjust Water Level: Set the appropriate water level in the app based on your floor type for more effective mopping. For stubborn stains, select the area and allow it to mop twice.
• Spot Cleaning: Utilize the "Spot Cleaning" function for thorough and targeted mopping of stains.
• Dirt Inspection: Activate "Dirt Inspection" to automatically scan the room after cleaning to ensure no spots are left behind.

• Al.See Settings: Activate this function to enable the robot's AI algorithms for local object recognition and active obstacle avoidance during cleaning tasks. The robot's intelligent obstacle detection and avoidance capabilities are continuously improved over time.
• Clear the Floor: Remove cables and other small obstacles to prevent the vacuum from getting stuck.
• Set No-Go Zones: Create restricted zones for areas like dark stairs, furniture, thin chair legs, furniture under 116mm, and carpets over 26mm to prevent the robot from getting stuck or tangled and to maintain cleaning performance.
• Secure Carpet Edges: Secure the edges of thin carpets to prevent entanglement and ensure smooth operation.
• Avoid Dark or Reflective Surfaces: Remove black or highly reflective objects near thresholds to avoid confusion in the E25's navigation system.
• Keep Software Updated: Regularly update software and firmware to the latest version for optimal performance and access to new features.

Achieving Better Carpet Cleaning

• Carpet Cleaning Mode:
  • For short-pile carpets: Select pure suction mode. The robot automatically lifts the suction module when it detects a carpet to avoid wetting it, and only vacuums.
  • For medium and long-pile carpets: Select carpet avoidance mode. The robot completely avoids carpets during cleaning once detected.

  Note: Dark carpets may not be recognized. Set a No-Go zone for these areas.

• Boost IQ: Activate Boost IQ in the app. The robot automatically increases suction power when it detects carpets for improved cleaning performance.
• Software & Firmware Updates: Regularly check the app for new firmware updates and install them for better performance.

Ensuring Whole-House Cleaning in a Single Pass

• Tidy Up Small Items: Remove cables and other small obstacles before using the E25 to prevent it from getting stuck.
• Customizable No-Go Zones: If your carpets are higher than 26mm or particularly light and thin, set up restricted zones in the app to prevent the robot from getting stuck or tangled.
• Handling Carpet Edges: If your carpet edges curl, flatten or secure them so the Omni E28 can navigate smoothly.
• Auto-Return Cleaning: For large homes, it is best to enable this function via the app.
• Firmware Upgrade: Regularly check the app for new firmware updates and install them for better performance.
