2. How to Use

2.1 Preparing the Station

  1. Attach the Mounting Base to the All-New Auto-Clean Station by pressing both sides until you hear a click. Ensure the base is securely attached to prevent the main unit from failing to return to the station.
  2. Place the All-New Auto-Clean Station on a flat floor along a wall in an area with a stable Wi-Fi network. Connect the station to a power outlet using the provided power cord. The LED indicator will light up when the station is connected to power. Ensure there are no obstacles within 0.5m on either side and 1.5m in front of the station. If obstacles cannot be removed, verify the main unit can still return to the station. Note: Plugs may vary by region. Do not place the station on landings of stairs or in areas with insufficient space, as this could cause the main unit to fall, leading to damage or injury. Keep the station plugged in at all times so the main unit can return.
  3. Before use, remove the protective film from the Clean Water Tank and Dirty Water Tank.
  4. Peel the seal from the Floor Cleaner and attach it to the station as shown in the illustration. You should hear a click when it is attached correctly. Use only eufy-specified floor cleaners; other detergents may damage the product and void the warranty. Remove the floor cleaner before shipping the product for return or repair and check for any remaining cleaner inside the station.
  5. Remove the Clean Water Tank, fill it with tap water up to the MAX line, and return it to its original position. Do not use disinfectants, other detergents, or hot water in the Clean Water Tank as this may damage the product and void the warranty.

2.2 Charging the Main Unit

  1. Before use, remove the cushioning material and protective film from the main unit.
  2. Align the charging terminals of the main unit and the station, then power on.

3.5.2 Room-Specific Cleaning (App Only)
