Safety Precautions
Please read and follow these safety guidelines carefully:

Operation
Follow these steps to operate the food dryer:
- Place prepared food items evenly on the drying trays.
- Insert trays into the appliance and close the lid securely.
- Plug the appliance into a power outlet.
- Press the Power button (11) to turn the unit on or off.
- Use the Mode select button (9) to choose an operating mode (e.g., fast or slow drying).
- Use the Settings button (7) and adjusting buttons (+/-) (8) to manually set the desired drying time and temperature. The selected values will appear on the Display (6).
- The MAX temperature boost button (5) can be used to quickly reach the maximum temperature.
- An audible signal will indicate when the drying cycle is complete. The appliance may automatically switch to a warming mode.
Note: Opening the lid during operation may cause an 'E1' error if not closed within 30 seconds, leading to automatic shutdown.

Preparation and Drying Guidelines

Fruit Preparation Examples:
- Apples: Peel, core, and slice into pieces or segments. Drying time: 4-15 hours (Soft).
- Bananas: Peel and slice into 3-4mm thick pieces. Drying time: 8-38 hours (Crispy).
- Grapes: No need to cut. Drying time: 8-38 hours (Soft).
- Apricots: Slice and remove the pit. Drying time: 13-28 hours (Soft).
Vegetable Preparation Examples:
- Artichoke: Cut into stripes (3-4mm thickness). Drying time: 5-13 hours (Fragile).
- Broccoli: Peel, cut, and steam for 3-5 minutes. Drying time: 6-20 hours (Fragile).
- Carrots: Slice into 3-5mm thick pieces and blanch. Drying time: 8-14 hours (Crispy).
- Cucumber: Peel and slice into round pieces (12mm thickness). Drying time: 6-18 hours (Hard).
Meat, Fish, Poultry Preparation:
Rinse and trim fat from meat, fish, or poultry. Slice thinly (approx. 0.5 cm). Marinate for 4-6 hours (or longer for beef). Drain excess marinade, arrange on trays, and dry at 75°C for 6-10 hours.

Beef Jerky
Ingredients: Beef (500g), Soy sauce (100ml), Spicy tomato sauce (20g), Seasonings.
Preparation: Rinse and trim beef. Slice into 0.5 cm thick strips. Marinate in a mixture of soy sauce, tomato sauce, and seasonings for 6-8 hours. Drain excess marinade. Arrange strips on trays and dry at 75°C for 6-10 hours.
Fruit Leather (Prunes)
Ingredients: Prunes (500g), Honey (100g).
Preparation: Cut stoned prunes in half. Mix with honey and blend until smooth. Spread a 3-5mm thick layer of puree on parchment paper on trays. Dry at 50°C for 10-12 hours. Peel, cut, and shape.
Yoghurt
Ingredients: Milk/cream (1L), Yoghurt culture (1 bag).
Preparation: Mix ingredients according to culture bag instructions. Pour into cups and place on a tray. Dry at 40°C for 6-12 hours. Refrigerate for 3 hours before serving.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always unplug the appliance and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Clean the appliance body with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly.
- Wash drying trays and lid in warm, soapy water.
- Clean the heating and ventilation areas with a damp cloth.
