Assembly and Operation
General Assembly:
- Diagrams 1-2: Attach the grinder head to the main body using the locking button.
- Diagram 3: Insert the screw (worm gear) into the grinder head with the longer end first.
- Diagram 4: Place the cutting blade onto the screw with the cutting edge facing outwards.
- Diagram 5: Place the cutting plate over the blade, ensuring its tabs align with the grinder head slots. The blade's cutting edge should be flush with the plate's surface for proper grinding.
- Diagram 6: Tighten the fixing ring securely but without excessive force.
- Diagram 7: Place the food tray on top of the grinder head. Ensure the appliance is on a stable surface and do not block the ventilation openings.
Sausage Attachment Installation and Use:
- Diagrams 11-12: Insert the screw into the grinder head. Place the separator onto the screw. Attach the sausage adapter onto the separator and tighten the fixing ring. Place the food tray on the grinder head. The pusher is used to guide meat into the adapter.
- Note: The cutting knife and plate are not used with the sausage attachment.
- Making Homemade Sausage:
- Prepare minced meat and season to taste. Soak sausage casings in warm water to make them pliable.
- Place the casing onto the sausage adapter, tying a knot at the end about 1-2 cm from the opening.
- Feed the meat into the food tray and use the pusher to gently guide it into the casing.
- Slide the casing off the adapter as it fills. Leave some space at the end of each sausage for tying.
- Turn off the appliance after use and unplug it.
Shredder/Grater Attachments Installation and Use:
- Diagrams 13-15: Press the locking button and insert the feeding tube for the graters into the grinder head housing. Secure it and lower the locking button. Place the selected shredder or grater drum inside the feeding tube, rotating it slightly to seat it properly.
- Connect the appliance to power and turn it ON.
- Feed ingredients into the feeding tube using the pusher.
- Turn off the appliance and unplug it after use.
- Note: The reverse function (R) cannot be used with the shredder/grater attachments.
Juicer Attachment Installation and Use:
- Diagram 16: Attach the juicer attachment as shown.
- Place pre-cut tomatoes into the juicer attachment's opening.
- Turn the appliance ON. Use the pusher to guide the tomatoes into the unit.
Meat Processing:
- Ensure frozen meat is fully thawed. Remove bones and cartilage.
- Cut meat into pieces that fit easily into the feeding tube.
- Place a container under the grinder head.
- Connect the appliance to power and turn it ON.
- Place meat into the food tray and gradually feed it into the grinder using the pusher. NEVER PUSH MEAT WITH FINGERS!
- Turn off the appliance and unplug it after use.
Reverse Function:
- If the meat grinder becomes clogged, turn it OFF, wait for the screw to stop, then switch the button to R for 5-10 seconds. This will rotate the screw backward to clear the blockage.
- If this does not work, unplug the appliance, disassemble it, and clean manually.
