Read all instructions before use and keep them for future reference. Failure to follow these warnings may result in electric shock, fire, or serious injury.
- This appliance is intended for household use only.
- Do not use the appliance outdoors.
- Do not allow children to operate or play with the appliance. Supervise children when the appliance is in use.
- Ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power supply when not in use, before assembling/disassembling parts, and before cleaning.
- Do not immerse the motor unit, plug, or power cord in water or any other liquid.
- Do not operate the appliance if the cord or plug is damaged, or if the appliance malfunctions or has been damaged in any way. Contact a service center.
- Do not use the appliance with attachments not supplied by the manufacturer.
- Do not overload the appliance.
- Keep hands, hair, clothing, and utensils away from moving parts during operation. Use the food pusher provided.
- The cutting blade is very sharp. Handle with extreme care during assembly, disassembly, and cleaning.
- Do not attempt to repair the appliance yourself. Refer servicing to qualified personnel.
- Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, dry, and level surface. Do not cover the appliance during operation, as this can impede ventilation and cause overheating.
- If the appliance overheats, switch it off and allow it to cool down for at least 20-30 minutes before attempting to use it again.
- The maximum continuous operating time is 5 minutes, followed by a minimum 10-minute rest period.
- Do not grind hard foods such as bones, nuts, or ginger.
- Do not use the appliance if the power cord is damaged.
- The grinder head may rotate slightly during use; this is normal and not a malfunction. Do not overtighten the fixing ring.
- Removable metal parts may oxidize after use; this is normal and not a defect.
- If the appliance has been stored in a cold environment (below 0°C), allow it to warm up to room temperature for at least 2 hours before use.
Before First Use
- Unpack the appliance and remove all packaging materials and labels.
- Check that all parts are present and undamaged.
- Clean all parts according to the 'Cleaning and Maintenance' section.
- Do not immerse the motor unit in water.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before assembly.
Assembly and Operation
Assembly
Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.
- Press the locking button (3) and insert the removable grinder head (7) into the housing (4). Rotate the grinder head counter-clockwise to lock it in place.
- Insert the feeder screw (8) into the grinder head with the long end first, rotating until it seats properly.
- Place the cutting blade (9) onto the feeder screw with the cutting edge facing outwards.
- Fit the cutting plate (10) onto the feeder screw, ensuring its tabs align with the grooves in the grinder head. The cutting edge of the blade should be flush with the plate.
- Screw on the fixing ring (11) hand-tight. Do not overtighten.
- Attach the food tray (6) to the top of the grinder head.
- Place the meat grinder on a stable, flat surface, ensuring ventilation openings are not blocked.
Processing Meat
- Ensure meat is fully thawed if frozen. Remove bones and cartilage.
- Cut meat into pieces that easily fit into the food tray.
- Place a container under the grinder head outlet.
- Connect the appliance to the power supply and turn it ON using the ON/O/R button.
- Place meat into the food tray and use the food pusher to guide it into the grinder. Never use your fingers to push meat.
- Once finished, turn the appliance OFF (O position) and unplug it from the power supply.
Reverse Function
If the meat grinder becomes jammed:
- Turn the appliance OFF (O position) and wait for the screw to stop rotating.
- Without unplugging, switch the button to R (Reverse) for no more than 5 seconds. The screw will rotate backward to help dislodge the obstruction.
- If the jam persists, unplug the appliance, disassemble it, and clear the obstruction manually.
Sausage Attachment Usage
This attachment allows you to make homemade sausages.
- Assemble the meat grinder with the feeder screw (8), cutting blade (9), and a coarse cutting plate (e.g., 7mm). Do not use the cutting plate and blade when using the sausage attachment.
- Insert the feeder screw into the grinder head.
- Place the sausage separator onto the feeder screw.
- Mount the sausage attachment onto the separator.
- Tighten the fixing ring (11) hand-tight.
- Attach the food tray (6).
- Place the food pusher into the food tray opening.
- Prepare sausage casings by soaking them in warm water to make them pliable. Tie a knot at one end of the casing and slide it onto the sausage attachment nozzle, leaving about 1-2 cm of casing beyond the nozzle for filling.
- Connect the appliance to the power supply and turn it ON.
- Gently push the meat mixture into the food tray using the food pusher. The casing will fill as the meat is processed.
- Slide the filled casing off the nozzle as it fills. Leave a small portion of the casing empty to form the end of the sausage.
- Turn the appliance OFF and unplug it.
- Twist the casing to form sausages of your desired length.
- Note: If the casing sticks to the attachment, moisten it with water.
Cookie Attachment Usage
This attachment is used for making cookies.
- Assemble the meat grinder with the feeder screw (8) and the cookie attachment. Do not use the cutting blade or plate.
- Insert the feeder screw into the grinder head.
- Place the separator onto the feeder screw.
- Mount the cookie attachment onto the separator.
- Tighten the fixing ring (11) hand-tight.
- Insert the plastic plate with shaped holes into the cookie attachment.
- Attach the food tray (6).
- Place the food pusher into the food tray opening.
- Place the meat grinder on a stable, flat surface, ensuring ventilation openings are not blocked.
- Shape the dough into logs that fit easily into the food tray opening.
- Connect the appliance to the power supply and turn it ON.
- Gently push the dough into the food tray using the food pusher. Do not use your fingers.
- Once finished, turn the appliance OFF and unplug it.
Recipes
Cutlets
- Ingredients: 400g Beef (fillet), 400g Pork (fillet), 100g White bread, 100g Onion, 100ml Milk, Breadcrumbs.
- Preparation: Cut meat and onion into pieces that fit the grinder. Soak white bread in water for 10 minutes, then drain and squeeze dry. Assemble the meat grinder with a 5mm cutting plate. Grind meat, onion, and bread. Add salt, spices, milk, mix well, and beat. Form cutlets approximately 1.5 cm thick and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry until golden brown and finish cooking in the oven.
Meatballs (Frikadeller)
- Ingredients: 600g Chicken fillet, 100g Onion, 50g Butter, Salt, spices.
- Preparation: Finely chop chicken. Finely chop onion and sauté in butter until golden. Assemble the meat grinder with a 5mm cutting plate. Grind chicken and onion. Add salt and spices, mix thoroughly. Form meatballs (12-15g each). They can be frozen or cooked immediately. Boil in salted water for 15 minutes, or pan-fry.
Minced Steak (Rublenyy Bifhteks)
- Ingredients: 600g Beef (fillet), 100g Onion, 50g Egg (approx. 1 pc), 100ml Milk, Salt, spices, vegetable oil.
- Preparation: Trim beef of membranes and veins. Cut beef and onion into grinder-sized pieces. Assemble the meat grinder with a 7mm cutting plate. Grind beef and onion. Add egg, milk, salt, spices, and mix well. Form steaks about 1 cm thick. Pan-fry until golden brown, then finish in the oven. Serve with butter and a fried egg.
Kupaty (Sausages)
- Ingredients: 300g Pork fillet, 300g Beef fillet, 200g Pork fat, 200g Onion, 50g Garlic, Vegetable oil, Salt, spices, natural casing.
- Preparation: Cut meat, fat, onion, and garlic into grinder-sized pieces. Assemble the meat grinder with a 7mm cutting plate. Grind meat, fat, onion, and garlic. Add salt and spices, mix well. Assemble the sausage attachment. Stuff the casing with the mixture, tying off the ends. Fry on a hot pan with vegetable oil until fully cooked.
Cleaning and Maintenance
- Always switch off and unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Disassemble the meat grinder by reversing the assembly steps. Press the locking button and rotate the grinder head counter-clockwise to detach it from the motor unit.
- Clean all parts immediately after use.
- Do not immerse the motor unit, plug, or power cord in water. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Wash all parts that came into contact with food in warm, soapy water. Do not use abrasive cleaners, chlorine-based substances, or organic solvents.
- Metal parts (cutting knife, cutting plates, feeder screw, fixing ring, grinder head) should not be washed in a dishwasher.
- Do not use hot water above 40°C for washing metal parts, as it can accelerate oxidation.
- After washing, dry all metal parts thoroughly with a dry cloth.
- Wipe the cutting knife and plates with a cloth lightly moistened with vegetable oil.
- If the meat grinder will not be used for an extended period, wipe all metal parts with a cloth dampened with vegetable oil for protection.
- Caution: Blades are sharp and dangerous. Handle with care.
Storage
Ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged, and completely cool. Complete all cleaning and maintenance requirements. Store the appliance in a dry, cool place.
