This document provides assembly instructions for the IKEA TROFAST storage unit. The TROFAST system is designed for flexible home organization.

Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Base Panels
Attach two horizontal support pieces to the base panels. Use six screws (part 109590) for each base panel. Ensure the pieces are aligned correctly.

Step 2: Insert Dowels
Insert sixteen wooden dowels (part 101350) into the pre-drilled holes on the ends of the horizontal support pieces attached in Step 1.

Step 3: Connect Side Panels
Connect the side panels to the assembled base structure. This connection utilizes the inserted dowels and four dowels (part 101350) inserted into the side panel for securing.

Step 4: Insert Side Panels
Slide the side panels into the main frame structure. Ensure they are fully seated and aligned.

Step 5: Place Top Panel
Place the top panel onto the assembled frame structure. Align it carefully with the side panels and supports.

Step 6: Secure Top Panel
Secure the top panel to the frame using six medium screws (part 100214).

Step 7: Final Top Panel Securing
Further secure the top panel using the connecting fitting/bracket (part 100001) and six screws (part 100001). This step reinforces the top panel's attachment.

Step 8: Attach Feet and Finalize
Attach the four bottom feet/supports (part 153549) to the base of the unit. The unit can then be tilted for final placement or access.

Important Notes
Always use the correct tools as indicated. Ensure all parts are securely fastened before use.
